They offer efficient well informed service that will enhance any visit to a town of many choices. We booked a cider house tour through them and got 10% discount using the San Sebastian card. Make it one of your first stops when visiting San Sebastian. Well I had been an eejit and parked somewhere I shouldn't have in the train station. The lovely lady rang the station and pleaded ignorance on my behalf and pointed me in the right direction for campervan parking. Excellent service I've been to the tourist office several times. Very clean, very organized, wonderful staff. Only downside is they are a bit too eager to continue providing information. For something that should take less than a minute you need at least 5, wasting precious time of members To get a map ask you to wait in queue not in a nice way. I highly recommend. i am a piligrim. all i needed was a passport of piligrim. the line was realy long. i came just to ask if i can buy it, because it is quikly. the worker said that i have to wait and buy the way they do not have it but still i have to wait.
