The rude person at the bar must be the owner because if its an employee she must have already been fired long time ago.. I ordered two hot chocolates for us, one with marshmellows and she calculated wrong, charging me more. I corrected her and it took her a while to understand, but even when she did she didn't apologize or anything. We started playing the board games we had chosen and after about 15 minutes I started wondering if our hot chocolates were ready. I saw they were on the counter and were already at room temperature!! I said to the person at the bar (that was literally behind me) that she could have let me know the chocolates were ready and she replied that she would give me a buzzer but I didn't wait there long enough!!! No apologies whatsoever, nothing, just an ice cold look! And please don't reply: thank you for your comment and we are sorry for the unpleasant experience, because you clearly are aware there is an issue with this person, as there are many more people on here writing bad reviews about her! And if you are the owner, change behavior, if what your customers think and share with the world matters to you!!! Probably my favorite place in Orléans. Ambiance is relax and food simple but good. You can play board game for hours. Very nice evening and super service!! Recommended Amazing food and ambiance.
