Here in portugal places like these are hard to find, those that know about them don’t want to encourage or tell others about it because they are scared the place gets completely jam packed! Now if a place on a Wednesday afternoon, which I assume is the busiest (weekday period) as it will be after the napped I only saw 3 other kids. Now for this to happen in my opinion either the price is too high (14€ per hour) or there are issues with marketing because this place is truly a gem and I can’t see why anyone would not enjoy this. How about discounted prices for regulars or how about special prices during the week (low peak)? Or how about being one of the first in portugal by including a restaurant or shop? are all the time looking for a place to relax (work gets tiring and yes playing with is also a job!) where they can sit down and finish a warm cup of while catching up with a friend on life, but these concepts don’t exist yet in Portugal. You see these type of places in the USA, South Africa and Prague, they excel and the concept is wonderful! Will I return? YES FOR SURE! Would I recommend it? YES FOR SURE! Could I see potential with it having a coffeeshop or restaurant OH FOR SURE!!!! no place for the adults, only vending machines. no cash or credit cards accepted so anyone not portuguese cannot afford it. no suitable toys for under two years olds. they make you buy antislippery socks before going in. why not make the floor antislippery in the first place. when we went there was a school bus there so it was a bit hectic. Great place to with kids. 2 big ball pits with slides, climbing/maze structure, inflatables, trampoline, disco party, kitchen, mini-market, dress up and more. There is a space to host birthday parties and a cafe for to chill while their kiddos burn some energy. Very disappointed experience. The quality of food is terrible. Good - The upstairs area where the machine is... would be wonderful to have an actual shop to have a little something while waiting for the little ones. Wifi - Some like me are always working. Even on our phones. While the play, could have complimentary Internet access, let's say, when one purchases 2-hour play. (I needed to send a large file from my laptop and had to leave because of the lack of Wi-Fi). Live Feed Screens - Safety is beyond important, especially when dealing with children. In the upstairs waiting area, you could have screens showing live recordings of the in the areas that are hidden from the parent's supervision. I REALLY like this place, tho they should replace the ild stuff, and make the zip thing higher, something’s are kinda rotten, and the disco has old fashioned songs. However, we juste held a birthday party for a group of 7 kids. They had fun playing in the park. The food is very basic, no cake included, you can a cake, but Do Remember to the plates and cutleries.
