As complete beginners, we were a bit nervous at first, but the team made sure we felt confident from the very beginning. The safety equipment was excellent, the instructions were clear and professional, and our guides coached us calmly through every rapid and tricky turn. Thanks to the step-by-step guidance, we paddled for several hours on Europe’s last wild without flipping even once – unbelievable! The river, the views and the surrounding landscapes were simply breathtaking. Our instructor Enrico was fantastic, super friendly, very skilled and made us feel the whole time. He also shared many interesting stories and anecdotes about the area, which made the trip even more special. Truly an unforgettable adventure, highly recommended! Even though the Vjosa was rather calm for long stretches, there were always exciting parts. The landscape is certainly very interesting. Our Ledio was really great, he taught us a lot about the river, nature and history and made sure we were and had a lot of fun. Ledio was a gide, amazing atmosphere I really enjoyed my time here .
