This town is known for their slow food meals, and since Te Culi had such good reviews this is where I enjoyed an amazing dinner. The service was top notch, prices were reasonable, and I devoured my chicken dinner as though I had not eaten for a month! I wish I was here longer so I could return. what a wonderful little corner of the world at the bottom of town… causal, authentic, very reasonable, a local hangout while very welcoming to tourists. the food is incredible, i will think about this meal for the rest of my life. Plus the super kind and lovely waiter brought me a complimentary and turkish coffee 😍 The taste - so yummy! It's Albanien Mama kitchen - delicious. Simply the best Dinner we had in Albania. Highly recommended. Thank you so much for the experience!!! N.B.: This is a non smoking - a big advantage and very seldom in Albania!!! As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by a heavenly aroma, and the atmosphere in this small family-run is simply warm and welcoming. We were lucky to get a table right away, and the traditional Albanian food was not only incredibly but also served very quickly. The prices are absolutely fair – amazing value for money! As a highlight, we even got a on the house. We will definitely be back! The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making sure every detail of our meal was perfect. The menu offered a diverse range of dishes, and everything we ordered was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. I really thought I was going for the usual good food. Service nice of course, but... soup (shqeto) cold, and more bones in it than lamb meat. Fries greasy etc. I guess the timing for dinner was wrong because just nothing tasted right. The food did not disappoint! The pumpkin moussaka melted in the mouth. My daughters loved the veggie soups. The salad was crisp and nicely seasoned. Great for vegetarians. dessert. 10 out of 10 for this it is the you have to eat at if you visit Permet. Everything is home cooked and from the garden. Just absolutely 😋 We asked for a pickled salad, the tasting plate which featured a bit of each dish plus a veal steak. All amazing 👏 . Thank you to you both for the best meal in Albania 🇦🇱 This place in Përmet was a real gem! homemade dishes, super friendly service, and the homemade rakia was great — strong and smooth. I also really enjoyed the cool red house wine. I truly enjoyed every dish, and the prices were amazing — I think it was the most affordable meal I had during my entire stay in Albania. At the end, I even received a lovely complimentary — a soft, cookie that was the perfect sweet touch to finish the meal. Highly recommended! Best in the UNIVERSE!!! We ordered a bunch of different stuff… everything was incredibly tasty and the portions were generous! The Pace Koke is to die for, no joke I’d bathe in that soup. Just order it, dip some bread in too! The owner brought us some traditional as a treat too! We’ve been in Albania for a week, and this was the first time we had the chance to enjoy authentic local food. Everything we tried was delicious, and the traditional dishes were all excellent. The portions were generous, and the staff was very attentive. A truly great experience! I eat almost everyday at “Te Culi” and sincerely its even better sometimes than even what my mom cooks! What i see in there is full of local people and a lot of tourists! Every dish is made full of love, very carefully and with bio products! The staff is very nice and friendly (Paulin, Tomka and even the owner Culi). If you want to have a tasteful, and bio food “Te Culi” is the best option! Even the prices are very reasonable! PS: They give you even a free in the end and tips about the city where to go, how etc. Definitely the best experienced in over a week in Albania! We took a salad of tomatoes that was excellent and then typical dishes with eggplant and rice, peppers and rice and another albanian pasta dish. Everything was delicious!! The staff was quick and kind and at the end they offered us home made cookies with the turkish coffee. We were so enthusiast qe had to ask the chef the recipe of what we had tasted. You should really try this!!! Some of the best food I’ve had in 2 weeks in Albania, served by the smiliest waiter I have met in the Balkans. Prices are also very fair, the best so far I’ve had in Albania, and portions are huge and generous. 100 Lek for a full glass of wine and also I’ve never seen that much meat in Goulash soup! Came back two days in a row to have their casseroles :) I don’t usually do reviews but they do deserve it! The food was and the service was great! I had the traditional chicken dish and my girlfriend had the stuffed aubergine both amazing! They were really friendly and helpful as we were trying to pronounce things in Albanian and he was helping us.
