To many rats and. Far to many noddies but loads of so expected. Lovely big Fisheries with helpful staff, plenty of pools to with pools you can night too, access to toilet nearby and showers near the main building. Worth visiting for a session. First time visiting (June 2025) as a non guest. The land is beautiful and extremely well kept, the bailiffs and staff are friendly and happy to help with any issues. The and bait onsite are competitively priced and match shops such as angling direct. They have a wide range of stock in case you run out of or forget items. They have frozen ice blocks on sale which are handy for the summer months. They have basic food and drinks items on site and takeaway menus of those who will deliver (I think for free) to the complex. Shower block and are £1 per use but you can use for however long you want, there are ports loos at the reception which flush and non flushing porta loos all around the complex. Dogs are allowed but must be kept on leafs at all times, unfortunately of the 3 dogs I saw during my stay not one of them was kept on a lead and 2/3 approached my dog and their owners could not control them. One of these dogs attacked mine luckily my partner's quick reaction saved any injury but the man was clearly unwilling to comply. This is something Linear needs to be more hot on if they are willing to allow dogs on. As always at there was the constant smell of weed being smoked in bivvys, out of bivvys, walking round the complex. This is a personal pet peeve of mine but I understand it's 2025 and businesses will apply their own discretion but it is a shame when there are young families next to them. Highly recommend! We left 17.6 late afternoon and the had just started to spawn down at Henmans hill. Went on the small summer lake, it's a nice relaxing complex. Almost as as the old Newport Pagnell Linear Fisheries 🐟 🎣 Great fisheries, plenty of big fish, friendly bailiff. Only downside is the around the are disgusting. The shower block is great and the there are alot better Carp for fun Taken there by my son in law and grandson. Hadn't fished for many many years. Just fished one of the smaller there but between us over about 4 hours pulled out a number of small mirror and common carp up to about 10 pounds, a couple of small roach and some skimmers. Day and friendly bailiff comes round so no need to make any special effort to buy the tickets. If I was a keen anglee I would happily return. Great but you need to book up as its very popular can't wait for the summer so we can go again Great of but far to many noddies and no room. Also rats are a nightmare - they are everywhere! Me and my two youngest daughters embarked on a weekend for the first time. The are beautiful and the was packed with equipment. Carl was a huge help when our pole line broke and we needed another rod, he directed us to a rod and reel set up and helped us land a on our second day. He is a huge credit to Linear, a very patient young man with an abundance of knowledge in his arsenal! I highly recommend this fishery and me and my daughters with be back very soon! Manor Farm - Peg 13 The quieter corner. Had a four day session booked, left after 48hrs for more chances elsewhere. Beautiful location with crystal clear waters, so up at the shallow end big Carp didn't venture. We basically spent two days feeding the ducks (liquids used in hopes) as those perfectly clear waters gave them clear site of bait and us a clear view of anything coming and going which included some very nice Trench (got a big un!) and none of the Carp we wanted. Pike also keeping us company and shoving over bait, like a pond poodle. Be prepared on any riverside peg for muddy, we were so not a problem. Tarp is such a tool. And, for the ladies and shy types.. Its portaloo's (aka 'listening booths') which are well maintained. Tackle great for weights, the rest c15% more than you'd pay on Angling Direct. 100% a place to visit again, Peg 13 (lucky for some?) in Summer and next time... Look for where the are at before choosing a peg Stunning to walk around Personally think this is the best day carp in the UK in terms of stock, landscape, space, access and facilities 5/5 - Does get very busy so keep an open mind on what to - Pay for your on the bank from the bailiff - Tackle shop, bait, water, showers, and parking is very close to swims on most lakes. Also have disabled swims. Must check rules on website before going, dont park on the grass and must have EA rod license. It is one of the best and most popular day-ticket places. There are plenty of to choose from, and if you buy a for one lake, you can move to another if you wish. Some in the linear require booking your swim through the Catch app. They have toilets, showers, and bins on-site, so you don't have to take your rubbish home. Portable are available at every lake. There is also an on-site tackle and food area where you can buy basic food for your session if needed. Without doubt the best day carp venue in the UK. The bailiffs go way above and beyond with there help, information and just friendliness. Been here for years, really great complex. Has everything you could possibly need from a fully stocked shop, to showers and toilets. You can even get a takeaway delivered to the lakes. Summer pond is a great little water to take the kids to learn! Its close to the car, and for those little legs. Staff in the ship were super friendly and helpful. At the end of a 48hr session in B1, unfortunately we found that my friend’s car battery was flat. I went to the Tackle to check if there was a Jump Lead available. The Gentleman and Lady in the tackle were really helpful and they got in touch with a Gentleman named Nick (Fishery Officer I believe) who was patrolling the lake. Luckily Nick had Jump Lead in his car. Nick took some time out of his busy schedule and genuinely helped us until the car finally started. We get a lot of rude bailiffs and managers full of attitude in most fisheries who always ruin the beginning of our long planned session/socials. This experience was completely different. Kudos to the team. The best day venue in the UK. Well run pegs fished Brasenose 1 looks like you could bring a campervan motorhome as I have seen two I assume it's ok as there is ample parking for the I fished B1 but don't quote me ring and ask and is very nice however access to the swims is ridiculous and involves having to carry your gear very far distances. Was also very disappointed with the lack of on smiths pool. Both me and my dad were for silvers and neither of us had a bite in 7 hours of being on the venue. is also plagued with crayfish which isn't stated anywhere on the website. Really few days and night, we had a few carp, lovely place Great place, great tackle and very well kept! Credit to the bailiffs and staff 👌🏻 Lovely place come three weeks ago. Didn’t catch but had an amazing time. Will definitely be back.
