This time, we had the 6 signature tasting and the smoked oyster. Each was prepared in a different way, with a progression of flavors and sometimes cooking methods. Each one was its own unique experience. The ingredients worked together to feature the main star - the delicious oysters. They were well matched with the sparkling wine and stout and blond! De lokalt fiskede østers med et glas bobler eller en lokal brygget oystersstout fåes i min optik ikke meget bedre🏆 Er du heldig at komme en dag Svend selv er i køkkenet, får du lidt ekstra for pengene i form af en masse skønne fortællinger.
