A flock of friendly goats live there. The mine isn't super deep, but it is never cramped and the ceiling is high enough to not trigger claustrophobia for me. The guide who brought us in to the mine claimed she was new on the job, I'm not sure about that because she did her job flawlessly and could answer every question about the site we asked her - very professional. Extremely overpriced. And its described as a mine. Hard hats and flashlights make you feel that for the £30 (330sek) that it's going to be fantastic. However this mine is the size of my living room. Not worth paying £10 let alone the £30 we paid! Dont go, it's not worth the price! such a cool spot to visit, after a short walk down the hill you get to the cave entrance. the tour shows you how old mill stones were carved out of the cave floor to grind grains. Beautiful walk down to the mines. Not a big area and done in a couple of hours, but just a fantastic quaint experience. Loved the meandering goats interrupting our picnic. Guide couldn't speak English, the mine was the size of a small room and just a way to try and sell plates, really disappointed and a waste of money. chased buy goats and then after 2 hours of waiting we got in put our hard hats on and got our torches thinking it would be good to walk into a tiny cave looked around took 8 mins and looked at it twice and was just as boring not worth the money.
