We booked the tour with tasting and local snacks at this family owned business and had an interesting introduction how oil is produced on site and how to taste it. The taste and quality of their oils was/is superior - its difficult to get such products somewhere at home. We took some bottles back home (online ordering of the oil is possible as well). The owner who did the tour and tasting was super nice and friendly and happy to answer all our questions. We left with the taste of fresh - and more knowledge of - (Croatian) oil :) I love Istra for since my first ever visit during the war in ‘94. And visited more times in speing/winter/autumn than in summer and its even more lovely. Since I am far from Europe, have less chance to see and meet my friends there. My last was in 2020 and had a stop in this smazing fantastic oil plant❤️❤️❤️ its a must stop and see, taste and purchase case. Simply fantastic ❤️ Nice oil tasting. We had a tour guided by the owner. She told us everything about the producing process and answered all our questions. Best to make a reservation in advance. Good visit to this family runned oil farm with welcoming owners who informed us on all the steps in producing high quality Extra Virgin Oil. A wonderful tasting experience and a chance to learn about the different local varieties. Very very good oil. Absolutely amazing oil! Three different sorts, all better than another, was diffucult to decide, so I took all three of them. This is the best oil I’ve tasted in decades. I no longer use salad dressings in my salads I now only use this oil. So good. We visited the mill for a tasting of there oils, I can recommend anyone to visit.
