The positive reviews are obviously written by themselves or their friends, just look at the negative reviews. The same thing is repeated over and over again: rude staff, poor quality ice cream, ethnic attacks on foreigners. The man who served us had ethnic insults against us. One would have expected an apology from the other staff, but that didn't happen, on the contrary they started to kick us out so that we wouldn't spoil their business. We asked for a cone for our two-year-old son, they reluctantly gave it to us only after they found out that we would also have coffee, but because their ice melts as soon as you put it in your hand, the cone fell out of the ice cream, one of the colleagues threw the cone away and did not want to give us a new one. The man who sold us ice should obviously not do this job because he was bothered that we wanted something from him, after paying he spoke rudely about us because he thought we did not understand him.
