There were no adequate barriers or protections to prevent accidents, putting all participants at significant risk. To make matters worse, the staff's attitude towards injured individuals was shockingly poor. Instead of offering assistance and care, they treated those who got hurt as if it were their own fault. This unacceptable behavior and disregard for safety made the experience extremely unpleasant. I strongly advise against visiting this until they make substantial improvements in their safety protocols and staff training. A nice recreational area for friends , to play pool , arcade games and Karting . They also have food and drinks . I was here with my family a few hours ago. we were treated without respect, the service was terrible. A few other people also entered the where we were supposed to enter alone, and one older man hit my younger sister. she started crying and he told us to keep driving, even tho he saw that my sister was crying. there are no cameras on the track, we did not hear an apology from the people who entered the without our consent, nor from the staff who did not help us when we asked for it. we asked for a refund ONLY for my sister who didn't have any fun driving, and the boss said he couldn't give us anything back.
