All there to con the tourist or anyone falling pray to the touts. The council should definitely stop the touting and the harassment of the public. .you can't walk 20 meters and not get approached 3 times.. All imported from turkiye. shame. Never a dull moment at this location so much to do and see absolutely love it, I come here as often as I can during my stay in Girne (Kyrenia) You can book a boat trip on the harbour don't be afraid to barter the price. In the past, we visited the Marina at least twice a week. This year we saw it and never came back. You have a lovely historic city center. Will you tear that down, too for skyscrapers cheap supermarkets or another casino? Very great historical place warm atmosphere and good site seeing A place that was once wonderful to visit each week... and over many many years was charismatic and held old charm and character.
