Kakes v nice although very expensive.. coffee 30 tl herbal teas 100 tl.. interestingly girne.. karaoglan ... vasilya.. council beaches much cheaper. Coffees 25 tl and herbal teas 25 tl. Why ? Only problem I can see is allowing people to have picnics in the park grounds. There is places for that..After all.. Nobody is above the god. They worship this person tomb. Poor people. Could’ve built something better. This is where 7 companions of the Prophet Muhammad are buried. Extensive renovation project is under way at the moment. New washrooms and car park and a new mosque. Beautiful place to visit. So relaxing. Ample car park Nice sea front promenade with cafe and a mosque in classic Turkish design. Watch the sunset while sipping a Turkish tea or choice of coffee. Visit for a bit of history in the tomb of Hazrat Omar. A great place to go jogging, walking or running after 6 o'clock (when it gets a bit cooler) The cafe is busy and nice. The location is great. The whole park is very clean. Worth going for a walk. Great new park added to this historic site with loads of parking, kids play area with slides etc, basketball court, walking paths and coastal cafe which is great. Mükemmel bir huzur ortamı Lovely little walk along the coast. There is a café as well. The tomb for H Omer has been there awhile, but there is a newly built mosque as well.
