Making a visit to which was good. Didn't use any of the other facilities but compared to our last visit(we are not regular goers) a lot of the units appeared empty. Something sadly in common with the rest of the once vibrant town. We do have a lovely car park though We went for the ROFL club which was brilliant. But there's so much more going on there, climbing, laser tag, escape room, bowling, arcades, snooker, cinemas, bar, food, it's brilliant. Great for adults and kids 😁 It's okay here, not the best but not the worst. The soft play has always been clean and cheap. The gated system for the soft play is good too for safety. However, the arcade itself is (on my visits) looking quite worn and tired. Grabbing machines not stocked, change machines not working, arcade games down. Plus, the arcade also feels dirty. Obviously with the amount of footfall it can't look gleaming constantly, however personally on our visits, it's quite mucky. If you take a couple of baby wipes with you, it's fine.. staff are always helpful if you'd like a machine wiping down before use. Great time had by all and great service from the staff Visited here for father's day and this was out first time visiting. Great venue for all ages and the glow in the dark section was a surprise. My only negative is the having to move with your drinks and the place being so busy we felt we had people waiting for us to finish each course so was a little rushed. But overall a great venue, we were offered table tennis after we finished the golf and they had various of other options to keep the kids (and adults) happy. Will be again for sure Very enjoyable experience The parking area is convenient but always looks shabby and run down. My granddaughter had a lovely time in the soft play area, we also enjoyed drinks and ice creams. An excellent way to use a few hours on a wet Sunday afternoon. Went just for the amusement part, as daughter loves the 2p machines and winning tickets. Small but good enough for my 8yr old. She got slime and sweets for her prizes and was really happy with that. This has a certain nostalgia for me. I started going to this in my teens with my girlfriend back in September 2001(?) when it first opened as a Warner Village Cinema. The whole atmosphere set it apart from other local cinemas, for me, which created an experience and excitement that made us regular goers. 24 or so years later my girlfriend is my now wife and we still come here with young child in tow with similar excitement to all those years ago, albeit it is now much colder there as spaces outside the theatres aren't heated so much. We always visit at quiet times to avoid chatty and noisy guests which is mostly successful and is helped by the wide choice in showings at unpopular times. Staff have always been pleasant to us. Now that we have passed the bug onto our child I hope we will be for many more years to come. Spaces tight as everywhere Came in for the 50% off opening offer, but honestly, I'd would've been happy to pay full price! Very very nice food. Lovely staff Definitely recommend go wild soft play, I've been a few times with my son from the age of around 18 months so decided to book the soft play for his 2nd birthday. It's ideal for that age a it's big enough for them and they can do the majority themselves without an adult having to crawl around which allowed the mums to supervise from the side with a coffee. We got exclusive use which was lovely so there was only the 12 toddlers who we invited. The host was very helpful and we ordered food platters too- toast, crisps and fruit which were very reasonably priced and again ideal for 2 year olds for a snack. Great value and perfect little venue for a party! I'm considering booking again for next year 😊 Shall be other cinemas from now on after having a parking appeal reduced to £20 for not paying for parking even though we proved we paid (since we paid for 2 cars and they can't account for a payment against 1 of them). If they can't validate number plates like they used to and like other car parks do, that's not my problem, it's theirs, don't make it mine. Hiding behind terms and conditions and using legal warfare as a revenue stream, is bad karma. I paid for parking, they fined me anyway, they will get no further business from me they don't deserve it if they're going to be unreasonable. New car park system is a joke. I’ve been for 20+ years and I’ve been hit with a £100 fine for overstaying 2 hours after paying what I was told to pay. The communication is awful, and it’s clear that the system has changed to take advantage of fining people. Previous system was perfectly fine. Will be other cinemas from now on.
