Park Hall County Park and Hume Quarry

Stoke-on-Trent, United Kingdom National reserve

Top-rated.online cuts through the clutter, highlighting only the reviews that are most helpful, earn the most likes, or come from the most active contributors. There are a few different car parks, which are all free. There's plenty of different walks and different terrain. There are good panoramic views from the top. There's woodland, ponds and old quarry land. You can do longer or shorter walks depending on how much time you have. A great mix of wildlife and often see Buzzards, owls, woodpeckers and a variety of small birds. Nice place to having a nature with family and pets around the stoke. Easy to access and free parking . This is perfect place is you want to go for a in nature alone, with your dog or with your family. Picnic zone with tables and chairs. Nice place to have picnic in sunny weather. Lots of nature stuff to do. You can miles around the various tracks. Popular place to take your dog. Very hilly and no paved or graveled paths Area around the old visitor centre looks a complete mess, about time they invested some money rebuilding it and repairing the old BBQ areas. (Edited my review up to 4 stars as they are now rebuilding the visitor center) (And now edited down to 2 stars because after rebuilding the visitors centre 5 years ago they've never reopened it!) The area needs more bins around, I'm sure the lack of bins contributes to lazy people dropping litter and either not picking up dog waste or picking it up and hanging the bags on trees. Other than the above it's a lovely area which is great for dog walking, if these things were sorted it would get 5 stars. Nice around the park but could do with some care and attention as there quite a bit of litter that spoils it slightly Nice walks around this place plenty of carpark spaces, wonderful views 😀 Bad points there's some kind of building's like the toilets that never open Beautiful little gem hidden inside the boundaries of the city of Stoke-on-Trent. Its a former quarry site and is now a wonderful country park and nature reserve. A great place to take relaxing walks, feel the countryside and take in the wonderful views. There an old sandstone quarry to explore, woods and fields. It's a beautiful piece of nature The here is lovely. You can be out for hours with loads of different places to explore and look at. Lovely for all the family. A wonderful way to work off the pounds. A great in a lovely part of the Potteries. Lots of marked paths and walks for all ages and levels. Get out and get some fresh air. Great park close to stoke-on-trent, lots of paths to take so you can make it different every time. Really good for dogs, lots of areas to let them play. Interesting meadows and wildlife too. Lovely bit of woodland Wonderful peaceful place lots of shady woodland for dogs and open field. Really love visiting here see new things each time and try new routes Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
