So i was looking for local to take my 1 and a half year old. I came across jumbo fun and and as it looked a big for my little girl to run around in. I decided to take her here. We arrived the members were polite and it was a price to get in £3! Me and my were the only ones in the and when i went up to get a drink i asked the member if they were always this quite as id been to lots of and none were this quite. The member explained it was due to it being a weekday. Upon going actually into the area it became apparent why it was so quite. The had rips and tears all over and was also really dirty. In all the id been to id never seen one this dirty and in bad condition i took a few photos of this too. Although the was big it didnt really have a lot in there considering how big it was. I had taken a friend along with me too. Who explained when we came out that he came 6 months prior and it was also dirty and had tears and rips in but didnt want to say anything before in the hope it had changed. We stopped an hour as my little girl needed something to eat and even though they served food here i would not let my eat in such a dirty place so we went elsewhere for food. I would avoid this place! I understand get dirty however this one looked like it hadnt been cleaned in years. Always the best & most favourite indoor playground for both of my kids (5&2 years old). The are always friendly & smiling with a cafe inside 💜 Took my grandaughter whilst on school hols ,with my and it was so extremely cold. Everyone had their coats on ,even hats on too. My grandaughter played in her coat. It Seemed cold air was blowing which made it even worse. All the kids looked perished. I had to leave my grandaughter & to it as my osteoarthritis and joint issues couldn't cope with the cold causing pain. Infact the day after I couldn't move. Don't waste your money. Not even worth the 1 star I’ve given. It was so cold we had to leave after 20 minutes, my 8 month old’s hands were freezing! My eldest kept running out the area saying he was cold, unusual as he always leaves these places a sweaty mess. Overpriced drinks. It got worse on leaving as the only ladies toilet that was *clean* had no lock. Shame as the place has so much potential. I can't comment on the actual equipment, as this place was shut. Can’t possibly see why they haven’t turned on the heating for so long as I can see from previous reviews it was the same for others. If you aren’t making enough money for the heating to be on and you won’t turn it on then you aren’t going to be trading for much longer. This is a lovely with very friendly staff. I regularly attend with my 18mo as it is so affordable. The always appears clean and well kept and it has plenty to keep entertained. The coffees are also nice. Lynsey and her go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and keeps you updated on what’s happening throughout the 2 hour session! We had the Jumbo and for everything you get it’s well worth it! Lynsey and her are so polite and couldn’t do enough for you! The place was clean and I always saw cleaning! We had our booked for the hottest day of the year and even that didn’t stop the being polite, fun and friendly! Spacious, clean, airy and welcoming play, I'd heard it was newly reopen under new management and my autistic son loved it! He made a couple of little friends while he was there too. Lots of seating space and there's also go karts (extra cost) and a football area, plus dedicated babies section for little ones. Well-priced cafe, and are in the section regularly cleaning. The new have clearly worked very hard to make this a lovely space to visit compared to the previous management. We had a wonderful at this playroom! We were there for a and everything was perfectly organized. The dance room was especially fun — the kids had an amazing dancing and playing together. Even the youngest little ones (we had four toddlers with us!) had a time. The was friendly and the atmosphere was fantastic. Highly recommended for all children! You really should update your website and Google opening times and opening times on the door . Me and my friend had two very disappointed toddlers at 2:45 this afternoon party! My had the best time. Kirsty, her organiser was absolutely fab. Parents got to sit back and relax! Not easy with 16 kids but she bosses it! We came a few weeks ago, kids had a good time. It's a decent and was clean. Food was good and reasonably priced. As with most and cafes they don't allow outside food but we expected this and it's the same rule in most plays. Our had her 6th here a few weeks ago. Lynsey and her team made it stress free. All food provided and there was a variety. They bought out her cake and cut it for us. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a couple of extra that turned up and they quickly accommodated them without any issues. They were very busy but still found the to keep checking that everything was OK and refilling the drink jugs. Our and her friends had a time. Would highly recommend! My Son had a wonderful here at the weekend, the went above and beyond with special drinks for him, tea and coffee for us and he even got a voucher to come back for another play. The were polite and incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble for any of them. We really appreciate you making our son's a one. Highly recommend for a very stress free and enjoyable party. I really wouldn't bother wasting your money. It cost £8 for 1 child, but it was absolutely freezing in there. We asked if the heating was on which they said yes but it takes ages to warm up.
