The was atmospheric and big enough for our party of six I wouldn’t suggest a bigger party. The puzzles were well set and clear, the combination locks need to be done exactly. Keep your eyes open. We liked that none of the puzzles needed leaps of faith, logic is key(and dexterity) You have the option of a kind guard or a rude guard which adds another element to the and requires something else from you….no spoilers. The guard we had was fun and in character. This was our grandson’s (15) first and he enjoyed it Alfie was such a supervisor, we had a time and he was excellent at staying in character. We had a fright when someone loudly screamed into the room. I would this experience. Did the titanic which was very interactive and our game master Karl was great! My first (Alcatraz) and was such a fun! Our Game Master Emily was amazing, very at playing her role as 'the scary warden'. She is a credit to your team! We made it out with 20 seconds to spare. We had an hour and completed with 9 minutes 12 seconds left. We were running late due to traffic and weather however alfie was very accommodating. He was friendly, and a host. My family and I went on the 18th feb for my birthday. The whole venue has been renovated and upgraded since last we went. The rooms are out of the way from the hustle and bustle of the bowling and arcade which is great. The service from Poppy was excellent! She was friendly, professional and happy to help in any way she could. A member of ours was running late from work but Poppy was happy to assist once she arrived. We had the option of a mean or nice warden (we chose mean), it made it far better! Insults, slamming doors, made the far more real and funny to the jumpier members of our group. The Esacpe itself had brilliant theming and all the props were in keeping with the aesthetics and time frame. We challenged the Alcatraz and it was definitely a challenge! Luckily we had 6 brains to get out with 8 mins to spare. We had so much fun and will definitely be back to take on 13! Fabulous from start to finish and Karl is just and so helpful Evelyn and Evie looked after us brilliantly, we did the Titanic with 4 adults and 4 kids aged 8 - 11. This was such an I loved it so much, the titanic is such a and in the end me and my friend only had 3 things left then we would have gotten out. Our was led by Maizie who is such an actor, she made the so and real and just before we left we all looked over how we did and had an laugh. She is such a sweet, kind, beautiful Women who really made it feel real, I would genuinely go back just to talk to her again. Some of our party were running a little bit late due to traffic and they were very understanding. The rooms were great, we did titanic and alcatraz. It's fairly difficult despite the website showing it to be slightly easier currently. We thought it was fun and more interactive than previous rooms I have been to.
