Crewe. Done Alcatraz previously really enjoyed it. Host was super enthusiastic. Game was good. Having done LOADS of rooms all over the world our return to Crewe for Titanic was a good but what a pair of wet lettuces welcomed us. The enthusiasm NIL. Not realised until now how much a good host makes the game more entertaining. fun and loved the theme of the whole area from the bottom of the stairs right to the escape room. No spoilers but Titanic was brilliant to experience and escape from within the time limit. Would definitely recommend. Decided to take my 11 year old son to to do The Escape Alcatraz in Crewe. It was a lot harder than I thought, but a brilliant experience and amazingly the 2 of us escaped with 30 seconds to spare. Granted we had to get a few clues off the Warder, who by the way was excellent in his role. We both thoroughly enjoyed it and would go back and do another. This is a really tough and there are easier available if your patience wears thin easily :) Not for anyone who is scared if the dark. From the get go, it was such good fun! Willow was an amazing Game Master and couldn't of done a better job! She gave us direction without making it obvious and I'm sure she sat back and enjoyed her evening watching us! The atmosphere was intense but fun. The rooms looked awesome, well kitted out to give it some what of an authentic theme to match the dedicated room. Just an all round fabulous evening :) #150300 Jarre What a guy! He made the experience truly amazing, just a shame we didn't complete as would of been nice to see the other bits. Very clean and way up to the booking in was great, build up. Truly customer services and a very funny guy, had me in tears. We booked as we seen the £15 per person with pizza on Facebook however we paid £54 for 2 people, shame on the price however we will be back. Few hints would be nice if you're behind but other than that #150300 what a dude! My first ever time in an escape 😁 Willow was amazing from the minute we arrived, very helpful and cryptic clues when we needed them! So chuffed that we managed to get out within the 1 hour 🥳 Based on my experience today and the customer service provided by Willow, I would recommend to all my friends! First time with this company. The Titanic theme/decor was excellent and our game master Chloe was extremely friendly and helpful. She rooted us on all the way. Knocked a star off simply because the game play was a little easy for experienced players in our opinion and needed maybe one or two more puzzles to tie it off. I would recommend for first timers or families. #126449 We had a time and enjoyed the themes of the experiences. Well set up and having Poppy and Harry guide us with a few gentle hints made it slightly smoother. As with these things the set up can provide it's own curveballs, so their watchful eyes/presence was awesome. Would highly recommend - fun.
