Nice place to have fun with kids. But make sure at weekends, it is really crowded at weekends . Brilliant birthday party. They provided an on trampoline, room, food, sweets for bday boy, coffee's for parents and 2 tickets to return, slushies for all the kids, oh and the socks. The centres great, bounce into foam pit, trampolines, parkour style area, smaller for little ones, obstacle course, bucking broco, inflatable section, football and go karts. Chloe was host for the too. What happened to this place?!?! It's gone safety mad. It used have drops, big jumps, assault inflatable courses. Now it's like an airport with loud announcements that might as well say "no fun" Took my kid to the toddler play, everywhere else you cab join in and have fun as a family. This you have to watch as it's for under 7s only. They force you to buy THEIR socks. They claim it's fir safety by our were purchased from another trampoline park and no one has ever stopped us. Even ninja warrior approve them. Money making. I'm giving it 3 stars as my kid enjoyed it but didn't get the family bonding as we went for. For adults I'd give it a 2 as the felt well used and very saggy. Go back to how it used to be! lived it. Can't complain. Take note family deal that includes pizza is your basic 59p one from aldi Had a with the on the trampolines, then played laser tag. The were in nick, I still don't like that spectators have to pay a surplus to enter. The laser tag stated 15 mins but we only got 6 mins as there were only 12 guns that were functional and more than 12 players. The coffee and hot chocolate were ok (Rijo) the loaded nachos were sub par. The were really and we're on hand to remind to move out of the sponge pit and so on. Just run down and shoddy. Massively overpriced now, especially as spectators now have to pay to watch the play and buy the socks. Rip off. Also, the are not interested in managing problem teens hogging equipment and even trying to mess with electric circuit boards. Could do better. We went here with our 2 children (12+6). we and welcoming. It was quiet when we was there only 2 other families. They had a brilliant been here a few times now. Music just the right volume and plenty to do to keep the entertained. Arcade machines here too and bouncy castles to go on and a football pitch with theme throughout. A big shout out to this facility. Our Son just had his 14th birthday celebrations here & it was really well organised & handled by Flip Out. The are friendly & efficient, the food was reasonably priced, & as parents, we had little to do apart from drink tea & coffee & have a chat. Thank you to Benjamin for being so professional & providing service. Very busy. Lots of parties on. We arrived at 20 past the but couldn't go in until on the so had to wait. Make direct you get there in for going in on the hour. Paid for 1 but it went really quick. Will pay for 2 hours next time. visit, friendly, enjoyed it. New laser game we enjoyed. Been before and would go again. Also, not too busy, so loads of room. Took my 7 year old grandson. Booked 2 hrs. No getting in early which was as not too many in at one time. Grandson had a brilliant time, hardly stopped except to have a quick drink. at keeping an eye on safety aspect. First was quiet so my grandson loved it. 2nd was a bit busier with more bigger but no problems. Cafe was decently priced but had to wait a while for our order. Would recommend for if you want to wear them out. Really fun for all ages! There are a lot of activities which explains the gradual increase in prices over time. The are friendly and helpful. Go a bit before your booking to make the most of your and i would recommend signing your wavers before. I’m really disappointed I came today with my friend my niece and her daughter. We ended up leaving earlier and wasting an that we paid due to the place being so cold and dirty. We also had food which we had to wait 30 minutes for with no where to sit due to people using the restaurant as a waiting and with 2 children one under the age 3 and one 6 they were unsettling, this is disgusting and not one, the food was cold and very stale, very overpriced for what you get, The served it to us as if we were in a prison camp, slid it across the table and no customer service, working in customer service myself this is extremely unacceptable, the food and toilets were also extremely dirty, not one person cleaning tables or brushing up, there is litter all on the floor before you go into the trampoline area, it’s very dark in there too and absolutely freezing, this has put us off wanting to come ever again and I will be sharing my review everywhere, The were very miserable accept the guy on reception who was helpful, a lot of youngsters working there and running past us nearly knocking my niece over, Especially it costing us £70-£80!!!!! For all us! Disgusting, extremely overpriced and overrated. We were all very excited to come today and this has really disappointed us. I booked my daughter's 7th Birthday here today, and it was just great! Our host was friendly and helpful, the process was clearly explained, the had a blast in the bounce area, even the adults had a time! We are already planning our next trip. Something for all ages. 10/10 (Eden Lloyds Party) The review is based on my own experience as a paying spectator. Firstly £1 online booking fee, so they welcome you with a tax for being their customer. Then £1.5 fee for anyone entering their premises. You bring your there, you have to pay to be allowed to watch them from distance. I paid £13 for my son, for one jump. £2.5 for mandatory but their own walk around wearing trainers in trampolining areas. You need a locker, you have to pay. And cold, ice cold, everywhere including the cafe upstairs where the paying spectators can wait. They didn't bother to put in use any type of heating, not even in the room for parties which is next to the cafe. Also cynical. Their website states that the place is kept freezing cold because this would benefit the visitors. Not a pleasant experience at all. I hope my son will never ask me to take him there again. Took my daughter and 3 of her friends for a birthday treat. They chose to jump and do the Laser Quest, they had a fantastic and afterwards they got some food, which is very reasonably priced. All the were very smiley and helpful. Will definitely be taking them back. are really nice and always around the on the arena were very friendly when speaking about the rules and made sure that everyone was being safe this was very to see. Food in the cafe is well priced for what you get and drinks are cheaper than you expect. Place is clean and the toilets nicely decorated and vibrant. It was OK the people were nice but the safety video is not nessecery at all and its 4 minutes long when u walk in and book it was 40 pounds for 2 people me and my kid the were fun We visited this place during our visit from East Sussex as we have something similar. While the price to jump is reasonable I found it extremely unreasonable for me to purchase a full jump ticket just to spectate and watch my grandchildren and my children. Due to a number of medical conditions I couldn’t take part even if I wanted to. I think management need to issue a different colour wristband for those who want to watch from the sidelines. I have no issue in purchasing but a ticket to just stand there is just a ripoff!!! Booked Flip out in Stone for my son’s Birthday and it was nothing short of fabulous! room was set up lovely and Fearne happily put up banners that we took in and cut up the cake for all the to take away! Food was and ready for the when they came up from their bounce! The absolutely loved the vibe! The arena is as so much to do and they really had the best time! Service was and all really lovely, friendly and helpful! Thanks again 🤩🤩 Had a here for my daughter. were welcoming and helpful. Andrei the host was great, nothing was too much trouble, he made himself available should we have needed anything further. He had a way with the too. Would definitely recommended a here! went on a quiet day for an 8 year old birthday. Came half an early as per website and was told we had to wait half an or finish early. 3 minutes after this earlier amended the Two of us were called out on the microphone for being overtime and looked at through the window. Basically stared out of the facility like we commited a crime. The place was empty, must of been 5 people there. I don't understand the logic of throwing a 8 year old out for having fun whilst it's quiet. We payed for a finish and was told to come early, you should atleast honour an early start. Just shows how much they care about the customer, Leaves such a sour taste.
