The price will cover accommodation, meals and the tasting. Make sure you book in advance. Our host was very friendly and hospitable. Things I would improve - the breakfast (it felt like a 2 star hotel and given the price I would expect better) and the glass ceiling of the rooms (it wakes you up at sunrise since it can't be covered by curtains). Also, the towels could use a refresh. AVINCIS winery is a unique concept by its architectural design, family concept and the identity of the local grape varieties it grows, based on a strong tradition of Dragasani - one of the famous regions of Romania. Good food. Good place. Nice people. Bravo. Incredible experience, one of the best wineries I have ever been to. Aside from the Incredible building and view, the service and staff are amazing. We were lucky to enjoy the visit with our host, Alex. He took care of us during the winery visit, the state and the tasting. He has a lot of knowledge of wines and Avincis, but he is also a great professional very thoughtful with us and patience to explain all our doubts. He has a great knowledge of wines, and in the end he was like a close friend for us. In Avincis you will feel as if visiting and old friend. The food was also good, everything in the right amount, and the kitchen staff was also very polite. Totally worth the visit, and hope to come back! Couldn’t gain access to visit on the day, been told visitors need to book 2-3 days in advance and that any tour of the domain would have to include the wines tasting. However, there is no way to book online for the tasting experience directly unless you email or call a Romanian tel number (charges ofc for foreign numbers) This information should be made available under the “Visit us” section of their website in order to help visitors plan and not be rejected at the gate. Good proper wineyard on the way , though I spent 1 weekend at this location. People are very nice, location is great the food was tasty, rooms clean, the is good Andrei and Laurențiu give us a lot of information about the place, the wine. Ladies from the kitchen were very nice and helpful. Absolutely amazing place, very welcoming, our guide was so good with all the tour and the dinner we had. The rooms were very clean, very comfortable and the sound of the birds that we woke up with was superb:) Such a wonderful place! It has an amazing view, a lot of nature, tasty wines and food! The staff was awesome! Such friendly people, interested in our well-being! I highly recommend this place, we will come back for sure! It's a beautiful place to spend a few days, outside the crowded city. Spectacular view, amazing hosts and learning a bit more about winery is an added bonus.
