I purchased two coupons from beta.lt (worth approximately 100 EUR) for Azia Spa, but when I tried to use them, I was refused service. The reason given was that beta.lt had gone bankrupt, but I believe Azia Spa should still honor the service for their customers, especially for regular clients like myself. Even if they were unable to fully honor the coupons, I expected them to offer some kind of compromise—such as a discount or allowing me to pay half of the amount—but unfortunately, that didn’t happen. For example, another place offered me a 50% discount in a similar situation. This experience left me feeling very disappointed, and I hope Azia Spa considers a more customer-friendly approach in the future. A very nice experience. Feel relaxed after the full body oil massage.
