I am told that on Wednesdays nights they organize Latin dance sessions, with a warmup lesson at the start. The crowd was quite young when we went. Apparently it was less so during the Latin night. Waitresses had some intuition in terms of what drinks we wanted when we didn't know what to order. The vibes start getting better 11pm onwards. The Dj starts playing tracks better after 11.30pm onwards. The cocktails (whiskey sour, LIIT) could have been stronger. We tried shots (had baileys and whipped cream) .It was fine but again could have been better. Went on the of Halloween, 5€ entry fee. The decoration was nice, but the table setting made the dancing floor so crowded and the somehow the got cut off many times. it is to hot inside, no matter the weather, due to heat you are forced to buy drinks or water (4eur per 0.33 bottle) just to get cooler, is ok, a lot of young single guys emitting testosterone around. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was energetic and stylish – the perfect mix of a trendy lounge and a fun nightclub. The was amazing all night, with DJs who knew how to keep the dance floor alive without being too overwhelming for those who just wanted to chill and sip cocktails. The interior is beautiful – modern and cozy, with a lighting setup that gives it a really upscale yet inviting atmosphere. The staff was extremely rude, the service was horrible. One drink and 30 minutes later we were kicked out because in their opinion we were "too drunk"? don't forget 1 drink? Despite being well-dressed and completely sober, we were denied entry by the security team with the explanation, "not today," but no further reason was provided. This left us confused and wondering if the decision might have been influenced by the fact that we are Black and Brown. It's worth noting that we were previously allowed entry into venues like KitKat in Berlin, but not here. There was an older bodyguard wearing a cap who behaved in an openly racist and discriminatory manner. We were ready to pay the entry fee, but he refused to let us in simply because we are Asian. He also seemed to have an issue with letting in younger people, repeatedly saying “face control” as an excuse. This is absolutely unacceptable. Discrimination based on race or appearance is disgusting, unprofessional, and illegal in many places. Because of this man’s attitude, our was ruined. Instead of enjoying ourselves, we were humiliated and made to feel unwelcome for no reason. If you refuse entry to paying customers without valid cause, how does your business expect to make money? More importantly, how do you expect to build a reputation when your staff treats people with such disrespect? I strongly urge the management to take immediate action against this bodyguard.
