There a bunch of trails to choose from but it’s a relatively short walk from the parking lot to the light house. There is a visitors center at the top with whale watching views. There is a replica of the old light house that was basically a flaming torch next to the newer more modern lighthouse. We did not find any mushrooms on our walk but we were looking. Its the perfect place for rock climbing and bouldering as well..a lot of spots for barbecue and outdoor picnics..walk.down from the lighthouse over the stones till the ocean and you can sit and watch the waves hitting the rocks on the coast Im not sure you are allowed to put up a tent here … but i did … and that was a exelent experience… Great spot to spend quality time with friends and family.
