We went with high expectations given the reviews but were disappointed. We arrived at opening time for it to take half an hour for someone to open the ticket office, and half an hour more for visitors to be allowed in. They were understaffed so closed half of the site and weren't running any of the waterslides. The staff were great and very friendly but it was very chaotic. Reply: To clarify, the park was not busy when we arrived and deserted for the rest of the day. I would say there were max 30 people at the park so it was not the case that it was a busy weekend. It was quiet and there was simply not enough staff. Nice I really wanted to love this place but it’s super confusing. I DO NOT understand the swim cap rule or non-rule. It’s partially enforced and it’s unclear who they tell to wear one or not. Lose the swim caps. It’s really pointless. Or explain on the website that’s it’s required and maybe why. Or make people rinse off before they get in the pools. Easy and that can be normalized. Lastly, there are two competing speakers with speaking and/or dancing. It’s non-stop. It might as well be a disco tech. I’ve been to a lot of pools and beaches in Italy and this one is over the top and odd. Un parco tenuto in maniera eccellente! Sia per pulizia che per servizi. Siamo stati con la nostra bimba di 8 mesi nella zona riservata alle famiglie (hanno zone separate). Animazione per grandi e piccoli, aree attrezzate, insomma un'oasi a 2 passi dalla città. Il controllo borse lo trovo necessario per via dei furbi che non rispettano le regole per evitare di introdurre vetro o altro (anche al bar servono tutto in monousi) Addetti alla sicurezza, alla pulizia e bagnini ovunque rendono il tutto molto sicuro. Unico episodio negativo relativo a degli energumeni che erano nella piscina per i piccoli senza cuffia, giustamente richianati dall'addetta queste bestie invece di scusarsi l'hanno derisa.In questo caso avrebbe dovuto chiedere il supporto della sicirezza per allontanarli. Per il resto abbiamo trascorso una giornata all'insegna del divertimento. Un plauso comunque all'organizzazione, si spera in un miglioramento per debellare tali episodi. 5 stelle comunque le meritate tutte Posto molto bello, pulito e accogliente. Sicurezza all'entrata top. Abbiamo trascorso una bella giornata. Divertimento con l'animazione e tanta musica. Che dire, abitiamo a 10 minuti ed è stata una bellissima sorpresa. DISORGANIZZAZIONE!!!!! 1-Gestione parcheggi 3€ per parcheggio in pezzo di terreno senza custodia pieno di sole e polvere dopo sicuramente ci vogliono 10€ per lavaggio auto 2-Casse per biglietti file enormi per cattiva gestione con controlli come Aeroporto nelle borse tutto per non far entrare bevande in vetro….. 3- Interno parco disordini per quando riguarda gli scivoli non ci sono misure di sicurezza e regolamento ma si Va a simpatia dei bagnini…. Dei ragazzi messi là per stagionale non sanno neanche cosa fare e come gestire certe situazioni 4-Area dedicata al pranzo è un campo di patate sporco e pieno di disordine come insetti e quant’altro e pretendono anche che ci vaiii perché sotto alla specie di ombrellone non puoi mangiare neanche biscotto che la sicurezza addestrata a vedere questo subito interviene ridicolo CREDO CHE LA PROSSIMA VOLTA NON CI SARÀ PER ME E LA MIA FAMIGLIA!!! CONSIGLIO ALLA PROPIETÀ DEL GLORIA PRIMA DI RIATTIVARE ACQUAPARK DI ORGANIZZARE BENE LE FUNZIONI E NON PENSARE SOLO ALL’INCASSO The worst aquapark ever. You wanna eat? You cannot! There's only 1 crowed place when you wanna eat anything cuz it Prohibited to eat on your Sun lounger. Wanna drink? Not near water. Wanna go to water you cannot.! First you need to buy head cover from them. And the worst part for me are Devided areas. One for baby's, one for families with kids and one for teenagers. If your adult without any kids and wanna rest in Peace you not allowed! You can only stay in area for families whers a lot of shouting kids. Not recommending! Don't even come near without a hat and a par of flip-flops. Crowden and expensive. Nice small water park. It was nice and clean. Wave pool is more like a disco then a wave pool, thing the DJ an music was more important then the wave. They are speaking on the loudspeeker all the time, if you dont understand Italian, its quite anoying. Loud music. Food was ok-, boring. In some of the pools you needs to have bathhood. Rides closes one hours before the park. After mid day break, they dont start up at the announced time. Few people in the park when we visited, but still 30 min que to the bathring stream, as they only had like 20 rings. esperienza ottima, ci ritornerò volentieri l’anno prossimo. Il posto migliore dove trascorrere le giornate d’estate! Ci ritornerò 😃 Clean and maintained facilities, a little expensive for the size of the place. Superb Bel posto dove passare una giornata di relax e altrettanto di divertimento. Struttura pulita e tenuta bene. Animazione che tiene compagnia tutto il giorno con intrattenimento musicale e giochi che coinvolgono anche il pubblico.
