Amazing place with amazing food. The menu is mainly local fresh water plain or in recipes. They grow the themselves, and they are very fresh. The frying (most of the dishes are fried) is of a high level. I had Karp Goulash, fried CatFish with fries and salad mix. All was very tasty. It is not close to Warsaw, and only locals know about it. It has an atmosphere of the past, and the setup is very traditional. Even the paper-towels on the table are of a format used 30 years ago. There is free parking just outside the restaurant. They don't speak English, but they have a photo menu and the willingness to communicate. The prices are reasonable, and the service with a smile. I highly recommend a visit. Wow! The catfish was amazing and so tender! The cheese cake was light, with a slight coffee and peanut butter flavored crust! Yum!! Place worth to visit. There is no need to make a reservation... quite a lot peoples but youbwill find a place rotation is quite high... it is not a place for sitting and having long time visits... you came you eat you go... food is served surprisingly fast... macdonald would be jealous;) today i tried Catfish and it was excellent. Duże rozczarowanie - sandacz był bardzo cienki i suchy. a karp niedosmażony w środku i galaretowaty. Miejsce żyje duchem lat '90 i '00. Mieszkam w okolicy, odwiedzam od czasu do czasu. Uważam że to miejsce jest przykładem miejsca które mogłoby swój wielki potencjał przeistoczyć w jeszcze większy sukces. Jak na współczesne standardy kulinarne, średnia jakość jedzenia, mimo dobrej jakości ryby (niedosolona w środku, globalne standardy wyznaczają dużo wyższą półkę jeśli chodzi o fried (Islandia, UK, Skandynawia oraz parę lokali w Warszawie). Brakuje opcji ryby grillowanej, ziemniaków zamiast frytek. Dania obiektywnie są ekstremalnie suche, chyba że ktoś zamówi sos, ale uwaga! - żaden z sosów nie jest wymieniony na menu ani nie jest sugerowany przez sprzedajacych. Również o kawałki cytryny trzeba się prosić. Do tego dochodzi bardzo ponizej-przeciętna obsługa, która nie sprawia że jesteśmy welcome w lokalu. Trochę jakby pracowała w najbardziej stresującej korporacji, gdzie ja jako klient bardziej przeszkadzam niż jestem mile widziany. Ogólnie uważam lokal za miejsce z super niewykorzystanym potencjalem: nie widzę żadnych ruchów w kierunku ulepszenia menu i customer service od paru lat. Bardzo dobre miejsce na b. dobrą rybkę.Polecam. The lady taking our order had the worst customer service skills I’ve ever experienced.
