We were a group of people whom had an amazing experience with the and their service. They have been very friendly and very helpful. Rooms are ok. 🛌 are very good and sll amenities are ok. The just need to invest in shower. Excellent 6 night at this lovely warm, comfortable centrally located family hotel. Veronica was very hospitable and full of local knowledge and recommendations. Few minutes walk to the gondola. Breakfast was more than adequate. The pic is the view from bedroom window. We will definitely return if we come to Bansko. The rooms were clean and cosy, the matress was amazing! After a long skiing it is the best you can wish for. Hot water was available at all times. The entire is warm and the atmosphere is very pleasent. The breakfast is superb! Delicious various food which is home made is served every morning. The hosts are great and very hospitable people. Also the is close to the gondola which is very convenient. The parking lot is for free as well. You can dry your skii equipment too. They really thought about everything to make your experience very pleasent. I ll be back next year 100%. We chose this because the reviews we’re excellent and i have to say they were RIGHT! We were not disappointed 😀 Veronika and her sister were always available and so helpful, full of good information and assistance. Arranged taxis when needed and saved us money. The was warm and clean and very close to the Gondola station making it an easy walk in ski gear which is a must. Decent size ski boot room and plenty of drying space for boots. The room we had was huge and the beds comfortable. The was a good 3 star but that was exactly what we wanted and paid for. We could have paid 3 times as much for a 4 star further away but chose this instead. Everything we needed was there and i wouldn’t hesitate in staying with Veronika again. The is perfect for small groups or families. Just had a fantastic 4 night at this lovely welcoming hotel. My 4th here and Veronica and Monica were as helpful and friendly as always. Right near the gondola. Definitely value for money. Wouldn't anywhere else. Thank you for a pleasant hope to come back soon.
