The will give you multiple options until you find what is comfortable. I started with really uncomfortable boots then switched to these beauties. Felt like wearing slippers, which says A LOT for ski boots. The also have heated lockers for you to leave your stuff each day/night so it dries out. Would definitely come back to rent my gear with them again and arrange my lessons/ski pass. Rented Skis for 4 days, premium quality with service. Their were always friendly, welcoming, and light hearted. Alex always had a smile and a attitude, George and Annie were exceptional as well; crew! ski rental service! I dealt with a guy called Din, who was friendly, professional, and very helpful. I hired skis, boots, and poles, and all the was new and in condition — not like some places that are still hiring out 20-year-old kit. I had a fairly hard crash and one of the poles got slightly bent, but they were really good about it and dealt with it very fairly, which I really appreciated. I also bought a helmet and face mask, both quality and very inexpensive. It only cost slightly more than hiring a helmet, so buying made much more sense. Overall, service, value, and a very trustworthy shop. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone skiing or snowboarding in Bansko. Took a shuttle bus from here as part of my booking to the Pulse Therme Spa in the nearby village of Banya. The driver, Mr. Svetoslav Garmenov was very professional and kind, his English was very good so we had a cool conversation along both ways, very punctual with his timings and also gave me a bit of tour-like info about Banya. Once again, very happy with the company of Traventuria and their stuff! I had an amazing with top-notch and equipment! Everything was seamless, well-maintained, and exceeded my expectations. Fatma ❤️ If I could give 0 stars I would. Organised a transfer to Sofia airport at 00:20. Annie talked us through the booking process in store and told us that was still available to book. We booked it, got the email confirming it and text messages to say timings for the transfer. Turned up at around 11:55, waited until 01:40 (1 hour 20 minutes) no transfer arrived. Text their WhatsApp, no answer, yet they advertise 24/7 support. So, the next transfer that was booked did arrive, with a full shuttle. The driver couldn't do anything, said there was no other drivers he could call and we couldn't fit on the 01:30 shuttle. We have now paid 90lev, struggling to make our flight home and no accommodation in the middle of the night. We managed to get a Taxi costing €140.00 after lots of resistance from the local taxi drivers not wanting to do the trip, and just made it for the flight. I have contacted Traventuria, had no response other than a message saying thanks for using the service. Which is just beyond a joke to send that. It really is unacceptable to do that to somebody, particularly when it involves a flight. No excuses and so poor that there has been zero communication, explanation, refund or accountability from them. Just don't use them whatever you do. Outstanding from start to finish. The team was professional, patient, and absolutely fantastic with both adults and kids. Also coach mirko was amazing. Everything was taken care of, so we could just relax, enjoy the snow, and focus on having fun together as a family. The kids had an amazing time. Highly recommended we will definitely be back staff!Great and prices! They even give you free coffee when you rent ski and boots there! Plus they have mini buses infront of the rental that goes to Sofia Airport! Honestly the nicest people you will ever meet! Helped, and explained everything to us. We even lost a snowboard and a day later someone found it, and they didn't charge us anything!! They even gave us a new board in the meanwhile after we lost it for no charge.
