Nice square in Bansko to relax..you have many choices around here very beautiful small town, very clean ,very friendly people. 2 hours from Sofia. The old part of Bansko and a bit more picturesque with cobbles streets and a series of statues and monuments. Absolutely dead before 11am! We did find a nice cafe that was incredibly cheap and had an awesome hot chocolate. Walking back up the hill everything was opening up and you have a lot more souvenir options. If your legs need a break from the slopes worth a trip down the hill. It's small lovely town. I guess in the winter it's full of life. We've been on summer so it was a little bit weird - like an empty ghost town. A lively central place surrounded by a grandiose mountain panorama. very good place to walk arround Yeah,a real good chill place,all amenaties close by,,coffee*s,beers,pasta,sandwiches,etc., It's a lovely town, the old town it's beautiful and people speak a little of English!!!
