Good for Horible staff, Would not recommend to nobody this place! Right so there's a lot to say about this place, there's a massive variation of things to do here... Trampoline part with all different size and obstacles to go on, laser quest, arcade games for before or after you start, an obstacle wall, duel like on gladiators, a foam pit, cafe, lockers etc Was a pleasant experience and had lots of fun bouncing around and I love the graffiti on the walls it certainly brightens up the place and had a nice ninja theme throughout. Only downfall I thought after watching all the safety videos was that when your there, a lot of kept running across my daughters Trampoline she was on and getting in the way instead of walking around like you are supposed to but none of the said anything and had to keep telling them myself seen as my daughter is autistic and not good at communicating herself so that's why I knocked a star off. It also advertises an indoor area but it said on it for under 4 year old so my daughter was guttered she couldn't go on it due to being 7.... Apart from that it was a fun day out 😎 Visited today was absolutely disgusting the overall hygiene and place was filthy looked under staffed most of the equipment wasn't working neither, the slushie machines was out of order the overall place was dusty and very gruby, toilet well I wouldn't even let animals do there business in there was feaces and boogie all smeared everywhere, in the baby section the floor was coming up and a trip hazard the eqyimemt could of done with been replaced or some soap and water there was a part at the back where the old shop doors are! What said take socks off and turn them inside out to slide no way was I letting my do that with the state of the floors was not impressed with anything needs alot of work and a dam good clean and more by looks of things there was rubbish all over floor was pleasant I wouldn't recommend coming here. I recently visited this indoor trampoline park with my child, and while the experience was fun for the kids, I was a bit disappointed with the overall condition of the place. The and equipment are enjoyable, and the can have a lot of active fun, but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. I noticed that some areas were quite dirty, and I believe more attention needs to be given to hygiene. Overall, the place has the potential to be very enjoyable, but it would be much better if there were a stronger focus on maintenance and cleanliness. I hope these aspects will be improved in the future to provide a more pleasant experience for all visitors. I took my sister here every month and every it’s just getting worse, broken equipment. broken/torn/ withered mats all over the place (trip hazards) only 1 person operating the trampolines. I get that it’s Sunday but this is the last straw. This place was very good when I was little now all there is just and a bouncy castle. The worker was constantly closing the foam pits and the castle all through out the session. There is so much outdated equipment like the old laser tag still out and not in use, the tapes are peeling from “temporary” fix. The baby and toddler area is just not appealing at all. Rang the bell numerous times for no one to come to serve me. There was no “cafe closed sign”. It’s a shame it’s no longer like it used to be when it first opened. There’s not even any laser lights like there used to be just a blinding flood light now Do not go here Two of my close friends were banned for one having an asthma attack. They knew the risks and they knew that they could deal with it yet a of was very ableist And told him to leave and never return for the asthma, suffer lying down on the floor to try and control his breathing. He wasn’t in the way and the just screamed at him. Don’t waste your money on this place it is run by people who don’t understand disabilities Booked my son’s birthday party at laser quest and from start to finish the service was terrible. What a waste of money. Never again would I use their services. I have brought my kids here for years and this is the final time. I brought my 11 years old daughter and her friend to bounce on Saturday 26th July. One of used the F word towards them and another of called them the C word……..nothing short of disgusting Dirty, understaffed. Parts of the trampoline section were closed as were on lunch breaks. we paid full price for our kids not to be able to use parts of it due to under staffed. (There were probably no more than 10 kids in the whole place) The overall hygiene wasn’t nice. The U4 area is disgusting. Been here a couple of times now and it’s just getting worse. 1st I went with my autistic 4 year old. We were the only people in the whole place, 10 minutes in he removed a sock and just needed a moment to process and understand that he needs to keep them on whilst jumping. Before I even had chance to sort this a of told me to remove him from the and use the soft only. Even after explaining that he is autistic and just needs a moment I was still told to not come back onto the and he is only able to use the soft for the remaining time. Booked again and it’s absolutely no better, if anything it’s worse!! My child sat down after constant jumping and running for an hour and was told off within seconds. Must be stood at all times. here are not trained in customer service, never mind how to speak with children! Also to witness a of arguing with another parent and just laughing in her face is a disgrace! Not to mention everything is closed unless you ask to open up the areas, my 12 year old (very polite and well mannered) approached 2 members of (to request to on the inflatables) they just stood chatting and did not get acknowledged in the slightest. are doing back flips, huffing and puffing, getting annoyed with and have no training at all. Glad we booked again as my now think this place is no longer fun. Won’t be booking again! Recently brought my 8 year old here the other day and was abit skeptical due to all the negative reviews but I have to say they couldn’t be further from the truth. Didn’t quite catch the young man’s name who helped us but he was muscular and he was nothing short of excellent with me and my daughter, and to be frank all the seemed to have a good chemistry with eachother and I see this as something valuable, not something to be frowned upon. Reviews of the cleanliness aren’t that farfetched but it’s typically what you’d expect from a child’s area. Overall I will be bringing my daughter here again as she had an excellent time. I was in two minds about this place after reading the negative reviews, but I was left pleasantly surprised by our visit today. I booked for my 6 year old for 2 hours this afternoon, and we had an excellent time, and would happily come again. A few of the reviews talk about overall cleanliness, and while it is not immaculate, it is what I would expect for a children's center. The odd empty packet laying around, but nothing that negatively impacted the day. The toilets where clean, ample seating in the soft area and all the tables clean (especially when families take care and clear away their own rubbish). Staff were all friendly, and it wasn't too busy. We had already watched the safety video and signed wavers before going and arrived with 20 minutes to have a look around the shops close by while we waited. The center could do with a few extra members, as the ones working had multiple areas to watch over by themselves, however they seemed to have great awareness of the areas and kept their eyes on the playing. As with all places like this, it falls on parents to supervise their which I had no issue with at all. Absolutely fantastic It's very, very dirty, nowhere is it as dirty as yours!!! Is it really impossible to wash everything there????
