Every I come at night, it turns into complete chaos. There are drunk who can't even stand properly, hitting the punching machine for no reason, making a ridiculous amount of noise, and showing zero respect to others around them. Some of them even damage the equipment. To make things worse, there's constant shouting - especially from a group of Arabic-speaking customers who scream while playing games, and yet no one from the says a single word to them. Why is this kind of behavior tolerated? Also, one of your new employees keeps bringing her friends, who act like they own the place. They yell, slam the mouse, and clearly don't care about anyone else. This place is becoming unbearable. If nothing changes, I'l have no choice but to stop coming and take this complaint further. We come to this internet café to play games in peace, but that's becoming impossible. At night, the place is full of drunk people. They harass us while we're gaming, and they don't leave us alone even when we ask them to. The music is way too loud. There's a new female member who always brings her friends. Her shout constantly, slam the mouse and act aggressively. It feels like she's not here to work, but just to hang out with them. This is unacceptable.
