Top-rated.online cuts through the clutter, highlighting only the reviews that are most helpful, earn the most likes, or come from the most active contributors. The largest lake on Alvaret, many birds and flowers can be seen here. A few hundred meters easy walking path from the parking leads here. The parking is quite small but free and has several info signs and free toilets. Beautiful but bleak in vårvinter. Bring walking boots or wellies because the ground is boggy. Schöne Wanderung und gute Möglichkeit Tiere zu sehen. Nice nature reserve that gives us an opportunity to explore the great alvar. Park here and bring lots water. Once you enter the park, go counter-clock direction and follow the little rock "monk" . They are your friends along this path and will show you to the spring and Katmuren (the ancient wall). It is very accurate 6km trail if you do the full 8 loop. Enjoy 😉 World full of emptiness. On the walk to the lake there is not much to 'see'. However it is quite and shows water rich environment on the 'alvaret' The Alvr, an impressive nature reservat that is a UNESCO nature site. The mostly barren limestone steppe it is rich on a unique flora and fauna. Certainly worth a visit and hike. Nice and serene part of Allvaret It's a beautiful flat landscape and totally different than on main land. Borby källa walking trail in the middle of the Alvar, a special mix of bog and prairie and mostly sandstone and chalk. "Land under wave!" Considerable variety in plant and bird life. Very special and unique nature well worth a visit. Well prepared parking and rest stop with maps and descriptions of the surrounding area. Be aware that the weather can be pretty unforgiving the cold part of the year. Unesco peut être mais assez morne. Il faut etre comptemplatif. Nice spot for watching birds. From the parking lot only a few minutes to walk to a platform from where you have a nice view over some wetland. Amazing view and some very interesting plants!
