Very nice guy, ultra simple to rent, we paid 30 euros for 2 for 4 hours. Went to Costa nova and came back. He even gave us tips to have a better view. Do recommend We were planning to cycle part of our recent holiday from halfway up the coast between Lisbon and Porto to Porto. I did a lot of research online to locate a hire company. After reading feedback from other users I emailed Biclaria to see if they could help with all my requirements and received an instant and wonderful response to all my queries. We picked up our in their store in Aveiro. From our first contact with Helena & António we could not have asked to have met kinder or more helpful people. All were in perfect condition and no adjustments needed to be made for the 3 tall members of the family. They had taken note of the requirements needed by email. Helena & António also assisted with routes and maps to help us on our way to Porto. All maintenance and safety equipment was given to us along with the kind addition of water and we were on our way. The were super and we had no issues with them during our trip - this was our first for us. Good quality and finely maintained. We really enjoyed following the lovely meandering trails up the coast. stopping where we wished, swimming, dining and ,overnighting along the route. Certainly a highlight of our trip. We had planned an ambitious 14-kilometer ride out to the beach with our 9-year-old, and while the ride there was lovely, we quickly realized the return trip was going to be a real challenge. We called the shop to ask what our options were, and to our surprise and immense gratitude, the owner and his son kindly agreed to come pick up the so we could take an Uber back. This isn’t a service they normally offer, but they showed incredible kindness and flexibility in helping us out. Elisa San Diego, CA What a fantastic 4 hours we had riding trails around Aveiro. The wonderful people at Biclaria helped us chose the right for the route they advised us to take. The were in immaculate, well maintained condition. 34k in total on a boardwalk and dirt trails through marshland filled with a variety of birds to see and to listen to along the way, as well as some cows, horses and a few dogs on leads with their owners. We arrived back at the shop with grins on our faces and an appetite for a well earned ice cream on a warm spring day.
