This is one of the best sea saunas I've ever been to. The Little Beach in Kilmore is always lovely to swim in and the is so close to the water (the website gives advice about when to book your session according to the tide if you're going for a swim). The area has two roomy changing booths, storage areas for bags, shoes and water and an extra foyer with hooks etc just outside the itself. The is spacious, has a beautiful view, handy little wooden seats and felt hats to keep your head cool. Conor is really friendly and welcoming, and gives tips to maximise your experience. Gorgeous and very spacious. We were really glad to use the changing room, we’re used to shivering by the boot of our car 🥲. Tide was out on the day we went but thankfully there’s a cold shower just outside the sauna. Beautiful setting, really lovely and well maintained sauna. Would highly recommend! Second, the is stunning. Watching the ocean roll while you steam inside heightens the sense of relaxation and eases the senses.
