Staff just said, that app is not perfect - meaning you can see map, track positions but cannot translate anything. No help at all from them, they seemed like it was they first time with app too. No mobile network - thematically fits. But if you go buy coffee, your payment will be processed after 3-4 tries (2-3 min delay between tries). We also asked ticket for everything and when we come to geopath (on the other side of area), they return us - we don't have correct ticket ;) (need purple not red) - so I don't understand why they even ask us if we want to the ticket with all attractions and 4D cinema or not. Obviously, your need all attractions, 4D cinema AND geopath. After that we decide it's really enough of disappointment for single day (1,5h) and leave area. Oh, and 4D cinema - they need to sync movement with screen, because screen was like 0.5 sec faster that chairs, so it wasn't really excitement for me, but that was not a surprise for me after all this... Lady selling tickets did not speak any language but Hungarian. I got literally bullied by her for asking if she speaks English, German or Slovak. So I just tried to use my hands and showed 4 fingers and said ticket. Even that sas not hungarian enough. I dont favor being yelled at. Being right behind Slovak border, one would expect a bit more tolerance and readiness for tourists from abroad. Szuper hely, minden igényt kielégítő magas színvonalú túravezetés. Lombkorona sétány igazán felejthetetlen élmény. Rendkívül kedves vezetőnk volt, aki mindenben segített. A pénztárnál is készséges volt a hölgy, minden igényünkre találtunk megoldást. 4 D mozi kisgyerekekkel is élmény volt. A természet gyönyörű, a vezetett túra kicsit érdekesen indul, de nem szabad kihagyni. A látogatóközpont 10 perces, a mozit nem minősítem: nagyon gyenge. This is a quite good place. There are guided tours only in every hour. Near this there is a nice park with ancient animal statues. Kedves vidéki emberek. Barátságos fogadtatás, az idegenvezetést ne hagyjátok ki Magával ragadó hely. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész. Külön köszönet Attilának a túravezetésért, nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. A lombkorona sétányt nem szabad kihagyni, nagy élmény. 4D-s mozi is szuper volt. Gyönyörű környezet, gyönyörű növényekkel. Ajánlom mindenkinek! A környezet csodás, ami adottság. A nagy játszótér és a lombkorona sétány szuper, viszont a főépület egy vicc. Az egy dolog, h a wc-ben se kéztörlő, se szappan, de az egyik teremben lévő talán "időutazás" és "tengerek világa" elnevezésű installáción nem tudtuk, h sírjunk v nevessünk. Utóbbi egy panel méretű fürdőszobányi helyiség egy nem működő tv-vel egy cápa képével, állkapcsával és fogakkal. A másik helyiségben - többek között - egy vmikor jól működő nagyon nagy kivetítő, memóriajáték. A parkban elvileg több tó is található, de mindegyik kiszáradt. A növények neveit tábla jelzi (pl babérmeggy, a kerítésre felfutó vadszőlő-gondolom ezek miatt is jó nagy összegeket lehetett elkölteni a támogatásból), ill pár helyen őskori állatok szobraival is fotózkodhatunk. Very interesting place, worth a look Az épület bentről nagyon szép,de az ott dolgozók legalább szép épületben dolgozhatnak meg a Túristák lehúzásáért.Semmi nem volt számunkra különleges a helyben.Semmi különlegeset nem láttam semmiben.Valószínűleg munkahely teremtés miatt hozták létre a helyet.A lombkorona sétány,ami itt található egyenlő a nullával.A gyerekeknek létrehozott játszótér olyan,hogy bármelyik faluban különbet találsz.Faragott állatok találhatók a parkban,ami megint nem nagy szám.Semmi különös,vagy érdekes dolgot nem találtunk itt. we have been visit place at November, we paid to go inside but everything was hide and prepare for winter. why they have open? why they take money for almost empty park? gift shop was nice but we can not buy anything because they dont take a kart.. why? in the year 2019? and dont take a € either.. to bed.. right now i am very disappointed... and my child also...
