Trop froid 🥶🥶🥶 Vrijdag ben ik met mijn zoon van 8 jaar naar het fungedeelte van aquatopia geweest. Architecturaal gezien, is het fungedeelte een fiasco. Gezelligheid 0. Alles is heel strak en cool, maar daardoor koud en ongezellig. De glijbanen mogen er wezen, maar de inkleding ernaast (een stroming of een iets dieper speelbad) ontbreekt. Er zijn enkel plonsbaadjes die voor baby's wel kunnen dienen, maar voor weinig plons- en speelplezier zorgen bij 4+ Er is wel mogelijkheid om met je toegangsbandje voor het fungedeelte in het 25- of 50- meterbad te zwemmen, maar die baden zijn duidelijk afgestemd op sportzwemmers, dus ook daar kan mijn 8-jarige niet onbezonnen in het water springen of duiken en onbezorgd spelen. Besluit: Er zijn in de regio zwembaden waar je veel goedkoper, veel gezelliger (en warmer) minstens evenveel waterpret kan beleven dan in aquatopia.
