So far just a quick Kilkenny, but hope to return. Good atmosphere and Kilkenny nice and creamy, too many places it is flat Ah, great place. Cosy with a bar tender that speaks a fantastic english (he is British… 😅 I guess). We felt ourselves at home… Recommended if you are around and during summer time it must be a great place where to chill. It seems to be my happy place. A good selection of craft beers and lots of outdoor seating. Good beer in beautiful sunshine...it's all I want in life. Almost anyway. Really good pub, with excellent options on the taps. Playlist selection of Rock'n'Roll. My experience with the was also nice. I arrived while the happy hour was going on, the offers are just amazing. The normal prices are a bit salty, but I guess this is the standard for the city. Ambiance sympathique et bar atypique à la déco vraiment sympathique mais le au comptoir c’est vraiment pas ouf! Passer 10min à attendre dans le passage que les gens devant se bougent pour pourvoir commander c’est pas ouf quand on aime se poser ses amis autour d’un ( ou plusieurs) verres à table. Donc bien OUI! Mais un vrai ça serait TOP! À bientôt quand même 😉 Lieu agréable et sympathique. En cas surprenant Very enjoyable pub in the center of Metz. A good place to escape the crowds during the Christmas market. Very unique interior design. Good beer selection. Vivian's was our favorite pub back in 2011. I'm glad to see that not much has changed, only been upgraded. Their tap system is really nice, the staff is super knowledgeable, and their selection is really good. The food holds up, too. It gets super crowded with the early-20's crowd (which I sadly no longer belong to) most weeknights it seems, and I know I was here on a weekend in 2016 and it was absolutely packed. You may not get a spot inside, but you should definitely check out the layout even if just on your way to the bathroom. Fake trees, old Irish and Breton stuff everywhere... it's pretty magical. I guess that's why they (hilariously) call it the Pub Fairy. Amazing pub!! Get the Welsh to eat and any of their taps are incredible. Wonderful pub-feel. It probably doesn't take much effort in the centre of the city, people come anyway. But it's also possible that the waitress didn't like us, you could almost see at least a fake friendliness if you looked very closely. The bar is beautifully decorated and set up, a real tourist bar with a pub feeling. Really nice selection of drinks. The prices are high, but this is normal for this type of location in the centre of a city. Looking at the other reviews, I think we had the pleasure of getting that one waitress... unfortunate. Server confirmed food when some had bacon removed but other things did not. Very please at the awareness for food preferences and allergies.
