Très agréable The at the reception and in the massage area are absolutely wonderful and friendly. The place, however, offers average options, not spacious, and the massage services are not very professional (disappointing masseuses capacity). The outdoor area was nice outside at night. It's not the best place in Belgium but not the worst either. Nice and relaxing place. It's getting old but it's still very clean and the is very nice. I think it is a bit pricey now that it needs to be slightly renovated. It does not look as fancy as it used to be. I still think it is great. They also have nice gift cards for all events, including bachelor's and Bachelorette parties, young parents and just married people. Cela fait du bien Hamamm. Sauna. Bain bouillonnant It is quite a nice place, but a bit expensive considering what it offers. There are three sauna rooms with different temperatures and also a hammam room. They can get quite crowded during busy hours. The pool is very clean and convenient, but there is no buffet inside. The cost for 3 hours is 36 euros. Pretty clean overall, but water temperature is way too low by East Asian standards. You may catch a cold… On a side note the tacky, oddly sexual murals are fun to look at. It's ok place ..make sure to get the swim trunks with you.. like the "speedo type" not making fun of it but I know that a lot of people will feel uncomfortable with those trunks. Otherwise the place is nice, mineral water and the stuff was cool. Nice Spa, friendly and good parking. We unfortunately had to wait almost 40.min to get in, as they have a limit to how many people they let in. Once inside we enjoyed our two hour stay. It’s required to be dressed and you can get a robe and towels at the reception. I had to buy swim trunks at the reception, as the ones I had brought with me was not allowed (shorts). The ambiance is serene and luxurious, perfect for unwinding. The facilities are immaculate. Highly recommend for a relaxing escape and would definitely come back! Le bon endroit pour se relaxer. Went for the first time for a massage. Received a gift voucher for my birthday. Already to get an appointment on the phone needed a lot of patience because there is no one who pick up the phone. It took us one week to be in touch with someone. Unfriendly and arrogant staff. No info about where to go for the spa. Luckily it’s not a huge place. Got the most terrible bathrobe ever I thought it was an old towel for cleaning but it was really a bathrobe which definitely should be in a bin. For villa Pompéi what a pity poor service too expensive for that. Not worse to visit or spend money please escape or go simply for a Thai massage with a better friendly huge smile service and great better staff. Nice relaxing experience. Unfortunately, a couple of decorative items need fixing, and the infrared cabin is missing, as are more heated stones on which to lie. Adding a relaxation room and a small restaurant would elevate it to a five-star establishment.
