Don’t live anywhere near here but told the we would swing by on the way home after visiting family Thought it would be like all other plays where you come pay for 1/2 hours and go but we came at the end of a session No discounts or offers but had to pay full price for 20 mins PLEASE DONT reply by saying how fair this is when is clearly not. Rather than being greedy if you offered any forms of discounts for customers who come part way though a I’m sure a lot of these bad reviews wouldn’t be so critical of this issue Onto the review of the place Very big. Has a cafe and some payable rides for the kids. One massive slide too The had fun as they would do in any play Lots of parking, seating too Place wasn’t busy at all Didn’t have to use the cafe My grandchildren love it Enjoyable area. We took advantage of the BIG ticket with laser tag, golf and all included. You get a two hour slot so best to find out the slots so you get the most out of your time. You can book ahead which is helpful, though for the big ticket we had to do this over the phone. All 3 activities were a lot of fun and one of the better in the area, along with a few extra paid for arcade style games and things round the outside. The cafe is also reasonably priced on comparison to other places which usually charge the earth! I did find the £2 charge for adults a little cheeky, especially as we were going to order food and drink anyway. The salad was beautiful, I've paid a lot more for a salad like this in fancy eateries and got a lot less! Came here for a party recently so didn't have to pay (bonus!). It was bizarrely quiet for a Saturday morning (10am ish), so loads of space to sit down and have a coffee - which was lovely from the cafe and not too expensive. The itself is, in my opinion, quite small for the size of the building, but I suppose it feels quite big for a 5 year old. The girl that looked after the party did a really job. My only criticism, which really should actually apply to the parents and not the staff, was that a lot of were trying to walk "up" the slide and nobody was stopping this, which eventually will lead to injury. Our grandson loved this place, especially the slides, train and sensory room. It is very clean and the drinks/food are value. Our only disappointment was the amount of rides/games to be paid for, an obvious attraction for little ones and detracted from the play. Great place for and toddlers. place for well organized parties for kids. My son loves this place. Its ok ,, over priced food , not comfortable seating personally i didn't find it very , Amazing place for kids, food excellent prices, love the refillable squash idea too. had Amazing day. They even managed to accommodate us after i was unable to book online. Excellent and cleanliness was perfect. Saw them actively wiping down the pay rides after uses too A well run and large play. There are three different for different ages. On occasion, there are issues with older in the toddler areas, but are responsive if you ask them to move the out. The cafe is fine. I recommend the finger food platter for toddlers. The train ride is also a lovely addition and really helps lift Jungleland above the standard of some other local softplays. value for money and food options. Place is clean and organised. On a downhill trajectory. We started going here 4 years ago when our son was born. It was OK then, not great, but enough to justify the price. We've been occasionally since then and noticed it getting gradually worse. It's more expensive - which is understandable given the increased cost of living but that shouldn't come alongside a lower quality of service. It's looking tatty and in desperate need of a face-lift. Many of the arcade style machines are in rag order with one racing style game with broken buttons, loose controls and a strong blue hue on the screens making them hard to see. The food is pretty expressive for what it is though the service is still pretty good. The train ride is.... Well it's rubbish. It's included in the price which is fine, but it's a few laps in a tiny circle. You're given two minutes notice that it's starting. If you miss that chance (for example if you're eating), tough, you miss out. The young blonde lass operating it at the may benefit from some customer service training. I'm sad to say I'd suggest giving this a miss unless they invest the time, effort and money into making it worth the time, effort and money. First visit today and it was brilliant. Excellent value for money and there are different for different ages. Nice food and friendly staff. The train runs once per and also for parties so ask when your train will be. Unfortunately we were in the wrong queue and had to wait an hour but we know now for next time! Will definitely be back again in future. Always love taking the to jungleland. Fantastic value for money, decent food served that isn't super expensive, and the always have a fantastic time. Have booked several parties here over the years, both exclusive hire and normal parties, and have always been really impressed by both price and what you get for your money. Would absolutely recommend to anybody wanting either to take the for a couple of hours of fun, or wanting to book a birthday party for their kids. We visited here on our way across country. Looking at the website it looked like the perfect place to run around whilst it rained outside. It does not match up to the website expectations. The train wasn't working, with no indication of this or mention on arrival. The large frame is really boring and dull. The small frame is really boring too. There are lots of ride ond that you have to pay for which are unnecessary and to have so many. Child was aged 2y9m, wouldn't visit again. Crap lol Awesome place little boy who is 4 loves going here mostly every weekend 😀 Extremely Unsafe Conditions!! I recently visited Jungleland (26/02/2025), and I was shocked by how dangerously slippery the entire was. The mats, flooring, dining area, and even the seating were all hazardous even with trainers on. I witnessed multiple falling over, hitting their heads, and injuring themselves. One little boy came down the slide, bit his tongue, and was extremely upset. Even an adult went down the slide at an alarming speed and hurt his back. When I raised my concerns with a member (who I believe was the manager on duty), she assured me that no polish had been used, yet there was a strong chemical smell similar to polish. She also said the floor had been mopped and would be mopped again, but insisted there was nothing more she could do. Instead of addressing the issue properly, she seemed to take the feedback personally. As a regular visitor, I have never seen Jungleland this unsafe before. Given the number of complaints from other parents and the visible accidents happening, this should have been taken more seriously. The should have been temporarily closed until the issue was resolved. Unfortunately, I had to leave with a full refund, along with other dissatisfied visitors. Until the safety hazards are properly addressed, I would strongly advise against visiting. A children’s should be a fun and safe environment, not a place where injuries are almost inevitable. We love coming here regularly with our little one. He loves it and asks us to come to weekly. The pay per rides aren't the best (a bit worse for wear, and some are dirty), but the actual is great, and the food and drinks are well priced, too. It's a price to get 1 child in but definitely adds up fast if you have anymore, drinks and food are pricey for what it is but the were very nice. Pretty average area. Could do with being a bit cleaner. Babies could do with more things for youngsters to do especially since the ball pit have been emptied. Sensory room is for babies, toddlers and with SEN needs. We came yesterday for a birthday party (exclusive hire). It was a lovely relaxed party. Great atmosphere, party host was very friendly and bubbly with the kids. Nice little cafe and the facilities excellent for the kids. A majority of have SEND and they all had a brilliant time. The train was a nice touch. The were excellent and inclusive. Absolutely love this place for many reasons; 1) The areas, equipment and seating are always clean, tidy and overall extremely presentable, with no foul smells like other places I’ve taken my children. 2) are always friendly, approachable & happy to help. 3) Amazing prices, especially during school term as you get meals included with entry fee. 4) There is so many to keep little ones entertained, X3 areas, Train ride, sensory room, small arcade with ride of machines & jeeps (£1 per / ride), mini golf, laser quest (additional fee). 5) If this wasn’t enough to impress you; they also have a great variety of food & drinks options (hot & cold), snacks, which are all quality and reasonably priced. 6) My son had his 6th Birthday Party here on 23rd July, and WOW I was impressed by the efficiency and enthusiasm from staff. The party ran smoothly and all had a brilliant time. Not to mention the price for what you got was incredible. This is our go-to local as my love it here. Thank you 🙏 Neat and clean indoor for ,have a lot of things to do for scooter ride,Train ride ,Golf court, food quality is good, is helpful only thing of concern is car park still you get a space so try to pre book your so your get full of 2 hours..Really wonderful experience and recommend to others…… Not the best compared to other ls reviews. Sessions need to be booked in advance so us turn up after finding it was half way through a so we paid full price for half a no discount given as stated " other people will turn up and gladly pay full price for half a session" not the best we had the hour and planned a to go to a different one straight after. After my daughter was quite disappointed with it The at jungleland are amazing, especially Mikey and Molly. Been to several parties recently aswell as kickstars football and they are fantastic. Nothing is too much bother. 5* thanks guys. Xx Really gone downhill. Sensory smelt awful. Slide wasn’t a slide. No ball pit in little baby part. Food overpriced. Took my to the SEN session, have to say the were amazing! Shout out to the new supervisor in training Beth, she was absolutely brilliant. Please put her on more sessions! Friendly staff, clean facilities, reasonably priced. My son is getting too tall for .any plays despite only being 9, so I'm grateful there is still one locally we can attend. It was my first visiting jungleland with my two daughters today. They both had a fantastic time. The facilities on offer were fantastic but especially the cafe! A big thank you to the young girl who served me because she made my visit ten times more special with her positive attitude. Unfortunately I do not know her name but she was a young blonde girl and possibly a new employee as she wasn’t wearing a jungleland tshirt. Thank you! Terrible area, drove 35 miles with 3 grand aged 9-5-4,and they were bored after 2 minutes, massive place just designed very poorly, will not be returning, I came today and brought my 2 year old nephew, first I’ve been in years. First of all the floor was extremely slippy, couldn’t even walk on it without slipping everywhere (including my nephew) we then went around the big section of jungleland and went down the big slide, nephew on my lap, I have never seen a child slide throw someone down it so quick, it went that quick it’s thrown me in the air and then I’ve landed on my tailbone, I’m now suffering from discomfort and pain in my lower back (a few parents seen this and asked if I was ok) I get it’s down to clothes you wear that can you make you go faster but this was extremely fast regardless of the child’s age. A few other parents had complained about how slippy the floor was and how quick the slide was and got their money back and left. We then waited 15 minutes to go on the train, just as we was about to go on the train derailed so we couldn’t go on. All in all very poor experience today at jungleland and I’ve left in absolute agony. Very unhappy customer. Safe to say I will not be returning.
