This place has several different games. Maybe some are better than others. We took the 'Japanese tower' and it really didn't work for me. Most of the objects are old and in more than one case broken. The has little light, which makes some part of the painful for nothing. I did not enjoy to be locked in a room, obliged to do stupid little games. We had a really good in the Japanese tower. Martin and Miguel were great. They knew how to help, not too much but not too little. The lobby is also a place and the team was very welcoming. Incredibly rude reception that ruined the whole experience, I would have gladly walked out if it wouldn't be because I had a big group of guests and there was a program to follow. We were then kept an extra 30 minutes waiting in the lobby. Do not come if you have more than 4 or 5 people as they do not seem to know how to manage such groups. We made a reservation at 10pm and the place was completely locked. We stayed waiting in front of the door well after our session was supposed to begin and still nobody showed up. Because of this lack of professionalism and organization we all lost a lot of and it for sure worsened our mood. I don’t recommend this to ANYONE. Really nice place for a moment with friends! The decor is cool but there are some stuff that had suffered and lived (and maybe need a little refresh, even cleaning). The people there are super nice and helpful! I paid in advance but once we arrived, we couldn’t do because something was broken. Would not give a clear date for refund. Has been impossible to contact them via email or phone. Extremely disorganised. Please could someone reply and process the refund? EDIT: The manager replied and processed the refund. He offered us the chance to return and do an for free, which we were thankful for. Although it was dealt with late, and I believe there is for improvement with their response times and processes around refunds, this gesture was much appreciated, and I would return again. Our twins had invited their friends for a birthday party. They had fun and the service is excellent. Definitely coming back for the Tower Intrusion next I made a booking online, but when I noticed that payment appeared to be required immediately, I called to confirm. The staff member I spoke with said she could see my booking and told me that paying in person would be fine. Because of that we arrived at the scheduled to find the closed. Whether it was a misunderstanding or an error, staff should be fully aware of the stores policies… this is unacceptable… Excellent service!! Well professional staff and well performed. 10/10. Truly recommended to visit this place. We were 2 teams of 5 and we played at the same , same theme with 2 different rooms. We did the Greenhouse. The puzzle is fun and the setup is good however so many things failed due to lack of maintenance and preparation that impacted the experience: one object was missing (they forgot it when they prepared the and had to throw it in), one object was broken (we tried to get the staffs attention but it didn’t work), one puzzle was broken and didn’t do anything, it was so dark so we could barely see what we were doing until they turned on the lights after a fee minutes and then they kept feeding us clues for things we had already solved. It was still decent fun but having paid 90 eur for 3 persons and then to have these types of fails and get a 10 eur coupon for the next play is not a experience. room! Please thank Grace for running the experience. Her knowledge of English and French helped all members of our group. (11.08.25) The Greenhouse was really a fun with nice theming and we escaped in 55 minutes. Grâce was playing her role as a lab assistent really well as much as she was the host. It was a experience! We will come again for the other rooms! We had an unforgettable at Hunt Brussels for our friend’s birthday, and a huge part of that was thanks to Martin, our master. He was absolutely awesome — super friendly, fun, and full of energy from the moment we arrived. He really set the tone for the adventure and made “The Greenhouse” even more exciting. Martin’s enthusiasm was contagious, and he kept us laughing and engaged the whole time. His hints were perfectly timed and added to the fun rather than taking away from the challenge. It truly felt like he was part of the with us, cheering us on and keeping the momentum going. If you’re planning a visit, ask for Martin — he made our not just a game, but a birthday celebration to remember. Thanks again, Martin, for making it such a blast! We had a reservation at 10pm, and we confirmed our reservation through a call, but sadly it was closed, we did reach there like 30 mins earlier but no one was even there Really good games, and both masters, Gauthier and Martin were incredibly nice and helpful! Games are challenging but coherent between them, must do in Bruxelles! My daughter had an amazing birthday party. The manager answered my multiple questions when scheduling and preparing for the event. All the staff members were responsive and friendly. And most importantly, the kids had a ton of fun! Thank you for everything! This was a first as a detective in the Japanese tower. Julia was a perfect curator of the museum who never broke character.
