Very bad service, they do not have cars nor vans, they send you car through careem application. They do not care, and even they send a car smaller than what you have requested. They do not answer phone calls and we were late about 1 hour to reach the airport. Never again, and do not put yourself in such a situation. Do not believe their fancy application, and the fake Mercedes vans, they have nothing and provide nothing. We used this a couple of times and we were always on time at the ariport. The only annoying thing is that they keep changing cars - we left our town, Barlad in a small black minivan and got transferred to a bigger one in Tecuci where we had to spend 30 minutes doing nothing. It works nice, good prices but sometimes a bit annoying with all the moving. The busses could use some more cleaning but are ok overall. Marina ,o șoferiță de nota 10😘 Terrible company. Poor communication from drivers. Booked online and requested an SUV for 6 people. What we got for our transfer from New York to JFK . Was a mum, that had her car filled with bits and pieces and shopping. Could only manage 3 and luggage in the car. Had to get a yellow cab for other 2 passengers and their luggage. Additionally the female was constantly on her phone whilst driving !!!! Poor, poor, and I would advise anyone to stay clear Been using them for 2 years now, excellent service. Nothing matches their services and their cars, drivers well dressed, kind and helpful, cars brand new all very well kept. Always a joy to take their shuttles to the airport. Am rezervat un bilet și am încercat să îl anulez cu 12 ore înainte, deoarece în e-mail scria că pot face asta pana la 6 ore înainte, dar am primit o eroare care spunea că anularea se poate face doar cu minimum 24 de ore înainte. M-am enervat și nu am mai anulat deloc. În ziua plecării, am fost sunat de o doamnă de la dispecerat, pe nume Maria, care, in ciuda tonului meu agitat si artagos, mi-a spus că pot pune biletul pe amânat si m-a ajutat sa aman biletul pentru a-l folosi ulterior. Exceptional serviciu, impresionant de amiabila servirea. Multumesc Maria, mi-ai facut ziua mai frumoasa. I thought I was being smart securing an airport transfer prior to arriving in Naples. However, our flight was delayed by a day. I had to change times and was told if I wanted to keep the booking it would another €60, even though when we booked we were told the rate wouldn't be changed. It was 3am when I received the email and was preoccupied trying to get my flights changed and accepted the increase. Bad mistake. Our last flight was delayed and our assigned gave up the fare at the last minute to a second driver. When we arrived at the airport a third was waiting and left while we waited for any driver. He wasn't there because it was taking too long. He finally came and drove us to our designation in silence. He seemed bothered that he had to drive us. I had lined up a taxi for our week and canceled our return booking and used the local taxi service instead. I'd never book with transfero again. Pre- booked for airport collection from Catania with car seat for our infant daughter. Arrived without the car seat. Did not have the necessary permits to drive into the old town so dropped us 2.5km from our hotel in a backroad in the middle of the night. When we complained they said '2.5km is not material to the cost'. I used them for my recent trip from Amsterdam to Rotterdam..was little late for the pick up time ..and the was rude refused to take us to the rotterdam cruise terminal as we were delayed to load our bags…driver said we need to take another which the said he could arrange for an additional 200 Euro…made a call to the tranfero help team and a lady answered who was very nice ..said she would speak to the driver…after she spoke to her the , he agreed to take us..thank you tranfero team It’s a terrible they use low class drivers and I had an incident in london when the used foul language and left me on the street and drove away worse part I was charged while I lodged a complaint at the local partner Hobbs and at transfeero (the local partner tried to hide the actions of the and they didn’t care ) my personal safety was at threat as the was very aggressive when asking him the questions and he drove off. Din partea Transfero raspunsul a fost un simplu : nu este problema noastra cu ce bagaj din cala autocarului pleaca lumea. Mirific .Mentionez ca ei nu detin lista de pasageri ce vin din partea Flexi Bus . Totul perfect! Recomand ! Am cumparat un bilet si am anuntat cu 6 ore inaintea plecarii anulare. Nu imi dau banii inapoi , ei au numarat si orele pana ei mi-au raspuns cand s-au trezit la 9 dimineata ! Ar fi fost prima data cand as fi calatorit cu ei, din pacate nu ii voi mai alege niciodata !
