Boala primarilor din toate orasele romanesti, sa taie copaci adulti ca sa betoneze sau sa planteze puieti care se vor usca in primul an de la olantare. Si, la fel ca in parcurile din sectorul 6, trebuie neaparat sa vina un nene sa imprastie cele 7 frunze cazute pe alei cu suflatoarea aia odioasa pe benzina care pute si face un zgomot infernal. Si acel nene trebuie sa vina, evident, la 8 dimineata, cand vrei sa te bucuri de un aer curat si ciripitul pasarilor.
