The itself is spacious with an ope-concept. At the time I were there (16h-18h) it was not very busy. Unlike some of the in Europe, this has generous and spacious seating options. There are a variety of seating including dining tables, sofas, high tables and more intimate 2 seaters. My favorite was a drink station with draft beer, and it was well stocked with different kinds of beers and wine although I would have preferred soft drinks in a can or in a bottle. There is even a kids zone although there was nobody inside. The food served was ok. Not a variety of but good enough to enjoy simple lunches or dinners. It looks like as if you are in a buffet restaurant. While the buffet is not as extensive as what you might find with Emirates, for example, it is more than adequate, with all offerings being fresh and of high quality. The absence of champagne is easily compensated by an excellent selection of French wines, Crémants de Loire, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon, among others. I spent a wonderful afternoon in this lounge, where I was able to work efficiently in a calm and well-equipped environment. The is incredibly welcoming, the facilities are impeccably clean, and the overall atmosphere is highly comfortable. Brussels Airlines has created a that truly honors Belgium and Europe. We have had good experiences here. The space is large and open. If they're busy, you may need to do some laps before you find a spot. The windows look either out at the airplanes or down towards the departure hall (restaurants, shops++). The food choices are fresh and the maintain a space. The Loft is a great place to wait for your flight, above the (sometimes) busy chaos below. Nice, big and lounge. You can try a lot of kind of chocolate. Nice spa for free! There are three super massage chair, usually not used because nobody know' their presence. Spectacular! This is seriously one very nice lounge, big, modern, airy with different spaces. Poor selection of food, but perfect to chill for 50€ entrance fee if you fly economy and have a long connecting time. Don’t forget to enjoy the massage chairs or strech in starty night nap rooms! Overall great service. Toilets are and smell good. The food is fresh and changed regularly even if the portions are not finished. The room temperature is nice for sweater and tshirt. The place is worn out, food choices are terrible and food quality average. I had high expectations when reading about it online, but to be honest - its nowhere close to the expectations. I was flying business so access was complimentary for me, but have I paid the full access price myselt - it would be a waste of my money. For example the Sky in Vienna is 10x better than this. Having fancy chairs and tables doesnt make the full experience. Also, i had high expectations from the choclatier-but he just disappeared without notice before 5pm,and there is no info on whether he will be back,are there working hours for this booth or not, etc. Also, prior to that there were like 3 pralines to take from the plate and the full of people. As a foreigner and as this is the first I've visited in Europe, this sets the bar really high 👍🏻 Worst food ever Lovely with a good selection of food and drinks. I only wish that meat, fish, and vegetarian items were offered more separately. For example, the cheese was placed right next to the cold cuts on the platter, and the tuna was set among the vegetables, so careless guests could easily drip tuna into the vegetables when serving themselves. For people with dietary restrictions such as vegetarians, allergy sufferers, or Muslims, it would be very helpful if the dishes were clearly marked. I really like the design and seating layout. I was there Sunday morning so very quiet, but the floor was not under the chairs and only paper cups for coffee. Fruit flies on the pastries and food choices feel low quality - more like Panos than a luxury lounge. I was there for more than an hour this Friday evening. As usual, it was dirty, with leftover dishes and glasses everywhere and no to up. The food trays were empty and not replenished to cater for the crowd. Similar situation at the toilets. Not what is expected from a business in the heart of Europe. Around the end of my stay appeared to put more food and started to up. Too late for me to enjoy. Disappointing as usual. In Belgium of all places, with so many cultures and amazing food traditions, you’d expect at least a bit of flair.
