Great experience, good circuit and karts. New helmets, electronic lockers. Nice bar with friendly service. Ample parking. Long sessions (15 minutes) so the price is justified. The track is only asphalted outdoors but despite that, doesn't slip that much more inside. Karts are still gas operated, not electric GREAT PLACE! Nice people at the register, and registering was super simple. Price adequate for that kind of activity, my boyfriend loved it a lot as well. Definitely coming back next time! I had a very disappointing and unprofessional at this karting venue. First, the difference in kart power was huge and completely unbalanced, making the races unfair and frustrating. It felt like the equipment was poorly maintained or not properly matched, which ruined the fun. On top of that, the marshal on duty was unhelpful and inattentive, failing to manage the track and ensure a safe and fair environment. When I raised concerns, the response from staff was dismissive and lacked any real effort to resolve the issues. In one of the races, the marshal started racing one of the karts during the customers race. Overall, the poor kart conditions, inattentive staff, and inflexible refund policy made this a very frustrating experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a fair and well-run karting session. Edit: If you want to address the whole story, I don't understand why you disregard mentioning the race marshal racing the karts, or skipping the fact in race 2 where one racer had to sit on track for over 3 laps before getting the marshal attention when other drivers called out to him. The way you handle customer feedback is very unprofessional and all I am doing is making light to the fact that the service is appalling. Last edit: In the race after us, could you check the footage. Does the marshal require 5 laps of driving around while others are racing to find the pit entry? It's great that even younger children can ride. My son is very happy with his first training session and can't wait for the next one. The worst go kart place i ever been in to go kart where made out of gas it should be electric they had no belt in the car the gas smeld awful the players are very agressif i hurt my chest pretty bad it so expensive 155 euros for 3 pepole i cant make this review zero stars Even if i want that so i just added a one star dont go to this place! It's always a pleasure to spend Sunday morning at First Kart Inn with my son. The staff is very friendly and the circuit is fun Very poor experience. The place was open and they proceeded to tell us that they didn’t have any spots left for us. They weren’t even busy and there were plenty of other karts for my family of 3 including me. Apart from the the isn’t worth your money. The facility is a warehouse with tires as barriers and the floor isn’t tooken care of at all.
