The place looks fantastic 😊 Very well located w/i urban settlement yet spacious, with a water slide, bar, covered for swim practice and shallow heated smaller for kids or cold sensitive folk. Nice pool, it worh. By the way, ticket it's a little bit expansive for an adult who want swim in a free session. Nice indoor pool. It's not far from the center of Ferrara. About 10-15 minutes by bus. It's opened till the evening, so you can go for a swim after work. Check for the opening hours. The center is clean and the pools are nice for sports and also for children it's nice. Children can participate in a course. There are always a lot of parents looking for their children at the course, it's fun. Crowded but very big and clean. About 7.5 € per session. Ok Good service, quite crowdy until 7 pm. Average price We spent 3 days in Ferrara during the Ferragosto holiday and decided to enjoy a day at the pool. When we paid for the including chairs and an umbrella. We got to the changing room and realised that the lockers had no key. Went to the reception to ask for keys and were told that we had to buy the padlocks or come with ours. So we bought a padlock. After changing, we went to the and were told we couldn't get into the water without caps and we had to buy them at the reception. We had to walk back to the reception to buy. After swimming, I wanted to dry my hair and realised that to use the dryers we needed to have membership card ♦️ to activate the dryers. They fail to realise that not everyone that visits this location is a resident of Ferrara. Some of us are tourists who do not know the rules that apply. So it would have been more helpful if people are told all they need to be told at the reception immediately they come in, so that they can pay for it all, once and for all. Or they can decide not to use the service. In all, we really regretted the service and most especially, it is not an inclusive service.
