It's good for beginners and intermediate skiers. My 13yo brother and I went mountain biking in Pamporovo, therefore we had to use two of the lifts (Lift № 1 Tourist center Pamporovo - Studenets and № 2 Bike center 2 Studenets - Snezhanka peak) in order to get to Snezhanka Tower. Sadly, the behaviour of some of the lifts was unacceptable. It was our first time using lifts while having bikes with us so we really did not know how to get on and off from the with the bikes fast enough. The first time we went to 1 we mentioned that we are new and do not know how exactly to attach the bikes. All we got was the following comment from the "Where are you going if you do not know what to do". I guess no one does it for first time and everyone is expected to be somewhat experienced in using lifts... A few hours later on 1 we were told "Do not come again if you do not know how to use the properly". This was said by a member (not the same as the first one) who drunk alcohol (beer) while working. You pay expensive cards and get terrible customer service... great! At the end of the day, a guy from the 2 explained to us how to get off from the properly. No one had tried to explain it to us before, instead everyone seemed annoyed simply because my 13yo brother was not able to a heavy bike and attach it to the hooks and needed some assistance. Everyone else was nice and helpful (bike centre and tourist centre staff), however I will still consider skipping this place in future just because of the behaviour. TL;DR: this is not a place for kids who are unable to heavy bikes and people who does not have a lot of experience in using lifts.
