We loved the ride. It was cross terrain, it got us really close to the actual waterfalls, it was an and there was enough time to see the waterfalls. The were really well trained and even as a begginer, it was not an impossible feat to up a mountain on a horse. Really, 10/10, would return and do it again. We had a fantastic for the entire family! Exploring the Falls Valley was the highlight. We started with a leisurely horseback through the flatlands, followed by a more adventurous climb on a steeper trail. After parking the horses, we enjoyed a scenic walk to the upper falls before back. The instructor was wonderful, providing excellent guidance before the trip, and the atmosphere was calm and serene throughout. All this at a fair price of 80 Lev per person—highly recommended! We tried horse earlier with our kids but what was here that we could go really in tiny hike trail up and down (a bit of adrenaline but completely safe). It was truly a wonderful all the way from the start to finish. First, the are really clean and taken care of. You can really tell the man cares for them and tries to treat them in the best way possible. The half a day I took was filled with magnificent views of the forrest and the mountains. Zhivko pulled off the trails occasionally to show the hidden gems of places where the best panoramic views are. I also had the opportunity to take a trail and see all the local waterfalls up close. Such, such beautiful Bulgarian nature! The lunch he brought was simple local food and ayran - just like it should be when you go on nature hikes. It was also to have galloped for a bit up the mountain roads. You won’t have quite the same elsewhere! But I’d like to warn you - unless you are in a physical shape, half day trips might not be for you. I felt exhausted mid-trip and going back felt like forever because of it. Zhivko has many options time-wise, so you can always opt for a shorter if you’d like. I HIGHLY recommend Horse center Rizov for whoever is in the area and is up for an adventure! We had a wonderful hourse ride. For our girls (8 & 11 years old) it was a little scarry, the trip is going up and down the hill, but even they where scared, it was a adventure for them and for us, their parents. Our son (5 years old) was on the hourse with the guide and enjoyed it very much. I highly recommand this house riding! the guide is very good, the hourses are strong and healthy. A adventure!!! The owner takes care to explain everything very thoroughly and help those who have not ridden before. The are very well cared for, the equipment is good. The paths up and down the mountain are quite steep for beginners, but with the right instruction they all managed it beautifully. The are very well trained and calm. A place!
