There use to be many caving clubs and hudge caving and climbing society . In the is a lot of history and nice thing to see including a skeleton of a cave bear Plenty of items, but information was poor. Most exhibits don't have labels or labels were in German (?!). No info boards, no maps, poor shop. Lots of photos with absolutely no information. The place feels like in the middle of reconstruction. Place is hard to find with no signs in streets. If you are not going specifically for it, you can pass meters away without knowing there is a museum. We really liked the museum, very tentative lady. The shop has many stones, amazingly cheap. The is small but to me it was very interesting for all the items to be seen and all the stories to be read. Interesting exhibition and lovely staff! Very interesting and modern storeige of fossils displayed in museum. A lot of work for conservation.
