Over boulevard gelopen, oud centrum wel leuk Bonita playa con un paseo largo Ha cambiado completamente desde las ultima vez que estuvimos hace años por zona Zapillo. Lo han arreglado y renovado. Zona peatonal y ciclista. Bancos por casi todos lados y calles sin aparcamientos. Buena distancia para pasear. Bares en zonas pisos y casi nada chiringuitos playa. Zona muy concurrida de gente andando y deporte en algunas horas. I was staying in Almería, so i visited the a few times. Its not very touristy, you can't even rent a bed on most area of the beach. Midweek till about 5pm,it was quiet, but come 5pm onwards it packed like sardines, with so many large families. I like watching the ferries, as the the marina was close by, the ferries departed regularly. There is also a good selection bars/cafes/restaurants on the front. has public toilets & showers. Nice beach,plenty of seating on esplanade, good choice of cafes and restaurants at Almeria end but bit sparse then until you reach New Almeria..lots of locals walk their dogs so watch your feet!! Very surprised at their lack of care especially when the locals take their children there.. Más limpieza Playa de Almeria was fantastic. Beautiful blue sea. Temperature of 19 degrees celcius on a winter's day. Gastronomic capital of 2019. So we had paella on the seafront. Excellent. Lovely city with lots to see and do. We will be back 😎 Buen 5iempo This is a good sandy only 10 minutes from the town. We were here in March so it was mostly people walking rather than sun bathing. There are some lovely tapas and ice cream places along the promenade, as well as some funky graffiti! Lovely beach, nice and clean with showers and toilets Very windy is the experience I had. However, for what it's worth the has a nice long stretch of sand. Though the shops and business around it seemed to be closing at a high rate... The was still a highlight. Good facilities, clean water, plenty of cafes, no sunbeds to hire but sit on a towel and enjoy the sun Pro: Good strand, partially fine partially pebbled sand, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, cafes and restaurants nearby, rocky areas to snorkel and areas to windsurf during windy days. Miles of beaches, backed up by bars, cafes and restaurants and populated mainly by locals, this reminds me of Málaga 20 years ago and Barcelona 35 years ago before they were each 'discovered' by the international stag and hen set. If you don't provide public toilets, people will urinate everywhere and it will smell bad. We've all seen and experienced that in Spain. September is the perfect time, as its not crowded like July and August. The water is great temperature too! Schöner Strand, tagsüber und nachts sehr zu empfehlen. Die Promenade ist in einem guten Zustand und es gibt verschiedenste Geschäfte vor Ort. abends ist hier viel los, man begegnet verschiedenen Personen ,,me gusta Trabajo", leider sind die Toiletten abends abgeschlossen und die Gegend in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand ist teilweise etwas schmuddelig, es riecht nach Urin und Kakerlaken wurden gesichtet. Aber das ist nur abends ein Thema. Alles in einem ist das Il Capo Restaurant zu empfehlen vorallem die Pizza Bismarck konnte überzeugen, das Terazza Costa wiederum hat sehr happige Preise und kleine Portzionen, der Abendliche Sonnenuntergang bietet ein fenomenales Foto Motiv und das Stadt Zentrum ist fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Also Insgesamt una playa fenomenal te digo. An sich ein wunderschöner Strand mit toller Promenade und super Stimmung am Abend. Leider muss man sich vorher überlegen ob man doch lieber in der nahe gelegenen Jugendherberge auf die Toilette geht da ab 22Uhr die Toiletten am Strand gesperrt werden. Die Gegend um den Strand herum ist etwas schmuddelig, was man anhand des Bildes erkennen dran. Leider nimmt man einen starken Uringeruch war und Kakerlaken sind häufig anzutreffen. Ein Pluspunkt wiederum gab es für die zwei charmanten Herren am Strand welche unserer Gruppe "Te amo" und "Me gusta Trabajo" zugrufen haben woraufhin sie wild gestikulierten. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert wenn man für Spanien auf die etwas andere Art vorbereitet ist.
