Initially I sent a message via BMW's website for a quote on a new bike. In English. I never got an answer. Went there instead to buy a BMW GS 1250 Adventure, had the money ready even. I don't speak Swiss German, maybe a little but the people spoke too fast. Found one girl that spoke a bit English and she told me to wait, and she would find someone speaking English. I waited half an hour watching the sales people avoid me, and then I quietly left. I went here previously with my Honda NX 650 and got a fantastic service that would merit 5 stars. This time I got quite disappointed being ignored, definitely I did not feel welcome, which would merit one star. So my average experience here is 3 stars. Very good attention! I encountered an issue with my gear shifter pedal, which fell off as I was ascending the Gotthard pass the day before, due to an incorrect bolt being installed by the prior owner, or garage. The following day, I showed up at Moto Center Schwyz unannounced asking for help and they fixed the issue for free, even offering me a coffee - ensuring I could safely make my way back to Berlin that same day. I deeply appreciate the kind and quick service🙌 Excellent. Helpful, professional and gave advice on what needed and what did not need replacing for the MFK on my old 1980’s GS. Even sorted a new MFK appointment for me in Schwyz with the service. Nice People, helpful, very flexible and ready to help! We were traveling from Portugal, and had to change a tire on one of the 6 motorcycles of the group, despite a full agenda, they readily helped and changed the tire. And my GPS Navigator 6 from BMW had also a issue that did not display any routes, We had already tried in France in a dealership to have a solution for the GPS, they even were ready to exchange the GPS if i had the invoice with me. But the Gentlemen at the counter in Moto Center Schwyz, solved my problem! Reinstalling all maps.! Thank You Very much, and for free!!! And Andrea Burgler was also very kind and helpful with some equipments we needed to buy. While the tire was exchanged and the GSP Navigator was fixed, that took about 45minutes, we were invited to have a Coffee. Thank you very much for your Kindness and professionalism. Greatings From Portugal - Carlos Simoes We are long time travellers, and when a car caused a frontal collision to one of our bikes, a 4 month travel came to a devastating end, the damage was excessive...and then Bmw Schwyz came to the rescue.Reto and Raphael, took us in, assited with accessing the damage and listened to our wishes to repair the bike, and not have it written off. They handled the insurance queries, dug in with their own hands to asist. Never before have I come across a dealer that went way beyond their responsibilities, and yes it is a partnership and if I could give 6 stars , Reto and Raphael, you deserve that.
