Zug public beach is located beside the renovated casino. It is always full of people during the season, and always worth a visit, especially during the amazingly beautiful sunsets of Zug. Beautiful public place for swimming in the lake and a small park beside it. Behind the lawn, the historic building of the casino can be seen. There are also public restrooms, however they were closed when I was on site. Love the place very nice swim can be done there. Also there is amenities like showers and a toilet and locker room available. Also a kiosk offers variates of food an drinks. I loved the atmosphere of the place. Relaxing and with beautiful views Fantastic place to enjoy the sunshine and swimming. The water is very clean! Gets crowded with families and kids during holidays for obvious reasons, some staff may be a bit petty but overall this is a great asset and institution right in the centre of Zug.
